I know, I know. The MLB Draft is coming. It’s midseason. There are big deadline deals that will need to be made in July. Blah, blah, blah. Plenty of reasons to just let Mike Elias stay warm in his rented seat and not rock the franchise boat. But I’ve seen enough to know he’s not going to survive – and shouldn’t – so I would make the move now and adjust.
