It’s getting hot but the winnings get bigger as the temperature rises at The Maryland Lottery. Special Advisor John Martin gives Nestor the warmth of the late summer promotion as the cash gets deeper as the thermometer climbs at BWI.

Maryland Lottery leaders reviewed the current Multi Match jackpot and several active late-summer promotions tied to Ravens, Orioles, and weather-based prizes.

Jackpot Details

• John corrected Nestor that the $3.6 million prize is the Multi Match jackpot, not a Fast Play jackpot.
• John described Multi Match as Maryland Lottery’s in-state jackpot game: a $2 ticket gives players 18 numbers across 3 lines of 6, drawings are held Mondays and Thursdays, numbers are drawn from 1 to 43, and matching all 6 numbers on any line wins the jackpot.
• Players can also combine all 18 numbers for an additional way to win, with prizes up to $2,000 for matching 5 to 18 numbers. John said $3.6 million would rank around the fifth-largest Multi Match jackpot, below the $5.1 million record set in spring 2022.

Active Promotions

• Ravens second-chance promotions remain a major focus. John said this is the 18th year of the Maryland Lottery partnership with the Ravens, with prizes including cash, season tickets, and the long-running grand prize of season tickets for 20 years awarded after the Super Bowl.
• Early second-chance winners named were Kenneth Register of Ellicott City, David Nestorinus of Arbutus, and Mary Doss of Bel Air, each winning club-level season tickets for 2026. John also highlighted Pass for Cash and said Charles Parker of Pittsville won a preseason experience for the August 28 game.
