A lot of people can’t, and there’s help. That’s the good news. You can start by looking at MD lottery.com and other resources that are available to understand the games that you’re playing. First and foremost, I try to stress when I talk to people about this, it’s education. Don’t play a game if you don’t understand how it was played or how you can win.
