Welcome home. We are WNST AM 1570 Towson, Baltimore. We call this thing Baltimore positive. We are getting the Maryland Crab Cake Tour out on the road for real. Thursday morning, we’re going to be at State Fair in Catonsville, talking baseball. I know it might not be what you want to talk about right now, but season ends this weekend. Casper Wells, former big league, will be out with us on Thursday. Alan McCallum, my 31, almost two-year Kimo Sabe of all things baseball, joining us. Also, stories of our 28th anniversary as we rock into our 29th year here at WNST with Kiss last week. John Mayer, AC/DC is around the corner. They’re even coming to Philly next week. All are brought to you by friends at the Barren Lottery. I have the Kiss Face Bird. Speaking of Kiss, looks a little more like Paul Stanley than Gene Simmons or Ace Feely, I think. Not very much Peter Chris, although maybe a little bit of Eric Carr. We will have these on Thursday morning at State Fair in Catonsville. Also next Friday we return to Pizza Johns in Essex. We’re going to have a new sponsor next Friday. That’s an East Side sponsor. I I can’t tell you how happy I am when we get new sponsors. We got to take care of the regular people around here, like our friends at GBMC and Farnander, where the weather has changed, and it generally means that this guy’s baseball team and my baseball team are no longer playing baseball. Seth Elkin joins us here now. He is our ambassador of all things Maryland lottery. He and Roz and John get together and give us these kiss face birds. It’s football season, right? We’re not here talking about baseball anymore, right? We we have some home run riches we need to do, right,
Seth Elkin 1:33
Seth? You know, it’s it was a good baseball season at least for my team for part of the season for my Pirates, but a disappointing end. You had some fun for
Nestor Aparicio 1:44
a little while, right? At least a little while.
Seth Elkin 1:45
They they they really did have a their best season in a long time, so I I can’t complain too much. But you got to pitch her.
Nestor Aparicio 1:52
You got to pitch her.
Seth Elkin 1:53
Frustrating to not make the playoffs, though. So well, that was the goal for this year. Well,
Nestor Aparicio 1:57
especially in the American League, where the bars like, can you win 80 games, you know. I’m not sure. We’re gonna get to Ravens Home Run Riches wrapping up here this week. Obviously, progressive could hold over. There’s things going on lottery wise with Home Run Riches. Besides them not hitting enough home runs or hitting enough hits or hitting the ball or even playing baseball on Tuesday. Yeah, we we
Seth Elkin 2:18
wrap up the season with with with home run riches these last few games, we got we got a two homer night from Pete Alonso, and what a great year he turned out to have. I saw number
Nestor Aparicio 2:28
39 at the bar at Costas the other night, and I tell you that when it was rainy, and my wife went out. Was night hardball played in L.A. and we just wanted some dinner. We were over Dundalk, and we were there, and the game was in rain delay, and I was like, “Hey, put the game on at Costas. Right, but I was right next to the lottery machines. I got a plug because I really was, and people were playing the lottery. And I have a funny story for you about race tracks. Don’t let me forget because I meant to. My wife said something funny, and I need to tell you. But Alonso comes on. They’re down three nothing, and I’m like, oh god, they’re losing already. And then Alonzo hits a home run right away. So I’m like, 39. Pete Alonso’s been just the best part of being an Oriole fan this year. We talked a lot about that, and he hits a lot of home runs, makes a lot of money for people.
Seth Elkin 3:07
4040 home runs for him, and at last count that I’ve got in front of me, 187 home runs for the year plus five grand slams. It’s more than $205,000 that we’ve given away to our home run riches contestants of the game. Why do you like him so much?
Nestor Aparicio 3:22
He’s breaking the lottery, right? Like not for him, right? Hey, that’s what we
Seth Elkin 3:26
that’s what we like. We like to see those people win some cash when those when those games happen. So, you know, it’s especially fun around here is when the Orioles have a day game and they’re playing in the middle of the day while we’re here working, and everybody has let’s let’s see an eye and a half on their work and half an eye on the Orioles game to see whether we get a home run. Well, the grand
Nestor Aparicio 3:45
slam that happened during the doubleheader like three months ago. I went to the second half, Brandon Young. It wasn’t so good against the Astros, but that was the game. I’m in the car going down to the game and they’re hitting grand slams, so that was kind of fun. We also had a grand slam in the true suite with a winner there witnessing a grand slam to win five grand while in the suite. So I mean, it’s been kind of a fun year, I guess, right? From our riches, right? We
Seth Elkin 4:09
had fun with this promotion. It’s always a little sad to see it wrap up because you love baseball. Baseball’s every day. I don’t need to
Nestor Aparicio 4:16
lose any more baseball games this year. We’ve lost enough. I’m good. I’m good. I’ll take the losing football games right now, and you and I can like punch at each other a little bit with the Steelers and the Ravens at some point later. But I don’t. I’m happy. Let’s talk Ravens, right?
Seth Elkin 4:30
Let’s get it behind us, right?
Nestor Aparicio 4:32
Well, we do have. I mean, you talk about seasonally. We love you, and I love baseball, and you being a Pirate fan, John loves the Guardians. We talk about it. We love baseball here, but football season something a different thing for the lottery and for the Ravens relationship. And now this Powerball thing with exes. I mean, NFL is the most powerful brand there is. I mean, I don’t know if you know, we’re playing in Rio de Janeiro this week, Seth. When I was seeing the Rolling Stones on the beach there 20 years ago, I never ever thought, “Hey, Jen, we’ll just wait.” To go see the Ravens play Americana, and they’re going to play this week. I don’t know about the grass, but it is it’s football season, and it’s exciting when I give these out and people win. And I think we all kind of hang on our football teams week to week. We know that,
Seth Elkin 5:12
and you know, of course, the the second chance promotion that’s attached to those tickets is always such a great experience for our players and an exciting thing for us every year because we’ve had multiple second chance drawings connected with the Ravens tickets throughout the season. You know, it’s hard to believe we’re only a couple of games into the season, but we’ve already had three of those second chance drawings in the in the Ravens promotion. How many are there? Five or six? And there are still four more to go. You got every month October into January. Okay, so there’s
Nestor Aparicio 5:43
going to be seven people who gather in the winter who’ve won the monthlies, and they’re going to be in for tickets for 20 years. Six,
Seth Elkin 5:50
six total, six finalists for my best 20 years. Yeah, so we’re picking you know one of those in each of these drawings as we go along. The six finalists for the seats for 20 years. They each get $10,000 cash. I forgot that part. Roughly
Nestor Aparicio 6:06
leave that out. I, I mean, I just thought it was the tickets, but then there’s 10 grand too. Okay, that’s good. But
Seth Elkin 6:10
then, then we have another drawing at the end of the season, and we work with the Ravens and have a special event for those six people. They get to get a tour of the stadium. Or a couple years ago, they did a tour of the of the castle out in Owings Mills, and and get to have that experience. And then we reveal which one of those six gets season tickets for the next two decades. So everybody
Nestor Aparicio 6:31
got 10 grand in the deal, right? And apart, but
Seth Elkin 6:33
yeah, yep, all six of them get $10,000 each for. There’s your reason
Nestor Aparicio 6:37
right there to second chance it, right? Like literally, when I’m giving these out at State Fair on Thursday, when I’m giving them out next Friday at Pizza Johns and Essex, the whole reason for second chance is like not just the tickets; you get 10 grand too. So enter, and I mean, I think it’s as an ambassador for the lottery, I consider myself, you know, the second chance thing is just something I can’t say it enough, and it’s so easy to zap it with your phone and put it on your app. I mean, and I see people at the bar at Costas and stuff. Can I tell you my racetrack story because it’s so funny? My wife and I are there, like ordering a crab cake, and she adds the the pork special is delicious. Pork Marcel. I look up, and she she there’s one of television at Costas and Dundalk in the corner over the ladies’ room where the kitchen is. That’s always on race tracks, and it’s dedicated to race tracks. That television and she was looking at it and she’s like, “Those aren’t real horses, are they? And I’m like, “No. And but it’s so real. It really is amazingly real. When we’re watching television, there’s football here and baseball here and there’s horse racing there, and we’re used to being at Casimonia where the real horses run too. But I mean, it is it is amazing when I see people playing games in places. But I think astute people know about second chance, and astute people know about progressive. I mean, even in the home run riches, there’s just these jackpots that, if you pay attention and you’re playing the games, you can really maximize your chance to win and your chance to have more fun playing the games.
Seth Elkin 8:00
Yep, you can enter your non-winning scratch-offs and any draw game or fast play ticket, whether it’s a winner or not. You can enter into My Lottery Rewards. You can go to mdlottery.com to get all the details about that. Everything’s on the back
Nestor Aparicio 8:13
of the tickets too. Like you know what I mean. It really is the information.
Seth Elkin 8:17
As you mentioned, there there is a mobile app that you can use. It makes it very easy to enter your tickets in once you register and sign into your account. And there are seven people I want to talk about that have done this with the Ravens tickets that have won prizes already. We mentioned you know there’s three of these drawings that have already occurred, and we’ve got four of our winners from the very first drawing. They got in early and they won season tickets for 2026, so they’re going to every game this year. And in addition to, along with that prize, comes a $1,000 shopping spree at the Flock Shop at M&T Bank Stadium. And those four people will get the chance to do that coming up on September 29th. It’s Kenneth Register from Ellicott City, David Nazarenis from Arbutus, Mary Doss from Bel Air, and Roger Pons from Germantown. They’re going to join us over at the stadium on the the 29th. They get $1,000 shopping spree to load up with some team gear to have with them and be wearing when they’re showing up for the games this year for the season tickets that they won. So an exciting chance for them. They got in early, and then the latest drawing we just had on september 21. Three more big wins, and this is the one I know you love. It is the travel with the team to Charlotte, North Carolina. Oh, we gave that away,
Nestor Aparicio 9:34
did we already?
Seth Elkin 9:35
Our three winners of that prize were chosen on september 21. It’s Jeffrey Bowman from Essex, Greg Brunslick from Owings, and Pamela Reeves from St. Charles. They and each of them gets to bring a guest. They will get to go on the team plane with the Ravens to Charlotte for the game november 22, right before Thanksgiving, and they get a meet and greet with a with a Ravens player while they’re there, and of course tickets to the game. And that is all again from entering those Ravens non-winning Ravens tickets into my lottery rewards, and those are the kinds of prizes that we’re able to to give away because of the affiliation that the lottery has with the Ravens all these years.
Nestor Aparicio 10:14
Seth Elkin is here. He is our ambassador and communicator of all things Maryland Lottery and gaming. We appreciate him coming on always. It’s September. We have a lot of responsible things to say around here about apps. We’ll get to that. One 800 gambler. We’ll do all that, and I’m gonna bust your chops about the Steelers and all that, dude. You’re giving me this $1,000 shopping spree, and you’re like a Steelers guy. Full disclosure. So I don’t expect you to have any take at all on the new jerseys. You know what I mean, with the new stripes and all that. But I’m assuming these $1,000 people, when they win, they’re gonna go get the new swag. And Luke and I have had a little bit of a clash. He likes it a little better than I like it, dude. I’m a traditionalist, you know, and you’re like a Steeler pirate. Well, the Pirates change pajamas. They, I mean, Pops had the stripes, the whole Omar Moran. I remember all that. I try to forget it. It’s in my nightmares. But like in a general sense, when you win these prizes, you know people are going to load up on the new the new gear. You you you have no fashion statement on the Ravens’ new gear. You don’t want to say. I
Seth Elkin 11:11
really don’t. I don’t feel one way or the other about it. But I I would certainly agree that all four of those people are very likely to get themselves in New Jersey, I would
Nestor Aparicio 11:21
think,
Seth Elkin 11:22
and it’s you know it is a it is think about the marketing thing that it is for the team because I know the the Steelers don’t change their jerseys very often. Well, hold
Nestor Aparicio 11:30
on, I was going to ask you the
Seth Elkin 11:32
block numbers. Yeah, the hold on
Nestor Aparicio 11:34
the bumblebees, the bumblebee outfits. No, you would never wear that, right?
Seth Elkin 11:38
Thumbs down. No, dude, when I go to Pittsburgh and I go a lot.
Nestor Aparicio 11:41
You know, I was a guest to Coach Tomlin last year at the last game when the loop, the loop, the loop. You know, I’m sitting there amongst Yins and not, you know, up there in the open end by the confluence. You know, they’re the Steelers selling a lot of stuff now. I mean, every team has, even the Yankees have weird stuff these days. But I would just say, when you go to the teen gift shop these days, I do hope, and this is just me speaking to the Ravens gods, that there’s something retro that a guy like me could find and feel old school about something that looked like John Ogden or Ray Lewis, because it’s moving away from that. And at least you know you can lose in the same uniforms that Terry Bratchell did. There’s my God, there he is, Seth Elkin here from the Maryland Lottery. I muted his mic. It’s okay. He’s communicating for all things. Other things going on. We got jackpots. You have new games. You have a whole bunch of stuff going on right now at the lottery year for fall as the leaves change.
Seth Elkin 12:34
Yeah, keep an eye out. We’re we’re getting toward October, and like you say, leaves changing, and October is when our holiday scratch-off tickets arrive, and the holiday second chance promotion that goes with them. So I’ll give you just a little tease on that little holiday ticket. Are any
Nestor Aparicio 12:51
of them scented? That’s what I need to know.
Seth Elkin 12:52
You know, off the top of my head, I should know that by now. You know, John
Nestor Aparicio 12:56
played a game on me two years ago. He told me the snowflakes ones were scented, but you know, I called him sniffers, and he didn’t like that, so I’m not going to use. But I sniff them, you know. I mean, scratch and sniff, right? I mean, so there, I’ve had candy canes because I carry these, and Roz gives these to me, and I give these to listeners, and it smelled like my back smelled like gingerbread till like the spring. It was nice. So I mean, when I hear holiday and seasonal, I just don’t want Juniper. Google it. So Juniper holiday
Seth Elkin 13:23
scratch offs are coming in October, but they’re not here
Nestor Aparicio 13:26
yet. Not here yet. And
Seth Elkin 13:27
there, there is a. I’ll just give a tease on this. We’ll drop the details later on as we get closer. But there’s a new twist to the second chance promotion that’s connected with our holiday tickets. If you’ve ever wanted to take a great vacation, you might be interested in. Oh, is this a trip
Nestor Aparicio 13:44
to meet Santa Claus?
Seth Elkin 13:45
I’ll leave it at that. All right, we’re not taking anybody to the North Pole, but I’ll leave it there. Yeah, I was going
Nestor Aparicio 13:51
to tell you, I’ve been on a couple of Ravens charters. I was going to give a plug for that promotion on the way out, and I kind of forgot. I flew back from Denver after 911. I had no way to get home from the game. All the planes were, and and they played the games that week in Denver. And Tony Sarah Goose had a concussion in that game and told me he loved me literally. So I I remember that vividly. God bless Goose. But I flew on the team plane, and when we had the listener on a couple years ago, who Roquan Smith brought him cheesecake like on the plane. I just think that’s the coolest thing. So I just wanted to say that because I had a chance to say that that you know the inside things you guys do at the lottery to give promotions and listeners a chance to have an experiential win, and you tell me that maybe it’s the North Pole in Santa Claus, but I’m not even sure what your holiday promotion is. It’s
Seth Elkin 14:41
definitely not the North Pole in Santa Claus, but is it a beach
Nestor Aparicio 14:44
involved? Hopefully, someday you’re going to get prizes away at Christmas time. It’s cold here. You better give me send me someplace warm. Seth Elkin is here from the Maryland Lottery. Um, you want to promote Prices Right a little bit because I know we talked about that a little bit because that does have a trip to Hollywood.
Seth Elkin 14:59
Yeah. We we got got the Prices Right tickets out in the stores in August, and that second chance promotion is really just getting started. We had the first drawing in that one a couple of days ago, and there are still five more of those to come. So six people will get a chance to go to Los Angeles for their game show experience. Come on, have a chance. Have a chance at winning a whole bunch of prizes, up to $10 million in prizes. It’ll be awarded through that game show experience event for lottery winners, and it’s a really cool chance to get a trip to LA and have an experience. We the last time we did something like this, it was let’s make a deal, and this one’s Price is Right, a brand that certainly everybody knows been around for for many many years, and everybody connects with. So, cool chance to to get in on that again. Just the first drawing has taken place, and that five more of those to come, going all the way up into February. So, plenty of chance to get in on the the Let’s Make a Deal tickets, $5 ticket that’s in stores now,
Nestor Aparicio 16:01
and you don’t have to dress all wacky like the prize we gave away last year from the television game show. Seth Falcon is here. He communicates for all things, Maryland. Winners this week. I always like to ask because you always have something fun. Somebody won something, and their wife almost threw away the ticket, and they found it in the laundry. Next thing you know, they won 50 grand. There’s the amount of stories you get. I mean, sometimes they’re almost like like the the grocery store line where you see the old tabloids. I can’t believe that, but you guys get them all the time because people love when they win big. There’s always a story about where they bought the ticket, how they almost didn’t buy the ticket, how they lost the ticket. So we got all that going on with you guys every day. Yeah,
Seth Elkin 16:35
we we had a we had a guy who told us that he he dreamed up some numbers a long time ago, and he had the numbers in his head when he woke up from a dream. Didn’t play them, and they they were ended up being winning numbers. And he was always regretting that he hadn’t played. So he he used those numbers and managed to to win himself a prize. So that was an interesting. Well, he
Nestor Aparicio 16:54
won at the right time
Seth Elkin 16:55
then. Yep. And and the other one that we’re watching out for in the september 17 drawing of multi match, we had a $540,000 jackpot winner. The ticket was sold in Towson, and we’re still waiting to. Oh, oh, oh, somebody
Nestor Aparicio 17:12
around here want a half mil Towson. We don’t say Towson on this. We say Charmantown, Saint Charles. We got all the you know John’s making me look up places where places are. I know where Towson is. Half million bucks, huh?
Seth Elkin 17:23
$540,000 annuity value. The cash value of the jackpot was 290,000, and that was in the september 17 multi match draw. Unclaimed
Nestor Aparicio 17:32
so far.
Seth Elkin 17:33
We’re waiting. Yep, we’re still waiting at this point, but could be any day now. So we’ll look forward to congratulating that person when they come on in and always a fun time to see somebody win that. That’s our in-state jackpot game that starts at a half a million dollar jackpot and ratchets up from there. Remember, we just had that one up at more than $4 million a while back, so it had been rolling for a while and it reset and then we got hit again in Towson.
Nestor Aparicio 17:58
That was like a top 10 jackpot we had going a couple weeks ago. Yeah, it was.
Seth Elkin 18:01
I think it was fourth all time for multi match. So, all right. Look, we started with
Nestor Aparicio 18:04
baseball and football. I want to end with baseball and football because it’s Powerball X’s and O’s. I’ve been promoting it. We have an ad running on the radio station for it. I looked at it, and I’ll be honest with you, I didn’t understand it in the beginning, right? Like it’s it’s a little bit. It looks a little bit like, do I want the Bills to win this week or I want the Falcons to lose, but it’s not like that at all. It’s more brands and logos and picking. It wouldn’t be much different than picking bananas or cherries or strawberries or whatever, right? But it is, but it is NFL branded, and I want to give you some oxygen because it’s a new game. It’s a different kind of game, and you can play it anywhere because it’s fast play, right?
Seth Elkin 18:39
Yep. Well, it is a draw game. Draw game. It’s a random draw game, just like Powerball or pick three or pick four. So instead of picking numbers like you do in those games, you’re picking NFL team logos. You pick eight of the 32 NFL logos on your ticket, and then there is a random drawing every Sunday night at 10 o’clock of eight winning logos. Now, as you said, we’re not talking about who’s winning their games on Sundays. This is about a random drawing of eight logos. So it’s not sports betting. You don’t have to have any football knowledge to to play the game. All you’re doing is randomly selecting eight logos, or you can have the computer select them for you if you’d like. The lottery terminal, you can quick pick it, or you can select them yourself. And then there is a random drawing of eight winning logos, and if you match at least four of the eight that are drawn, you win cash prizes that start at $7 and range all the way up to a jackpot. If you match all eight of the winning logos, the jackpot starts at a million dollars, and the second tier prize, if you match seven of the eight, is $20,000. So, a random draw game, not sports betting, and a new game, as you mentioned, a partnership between Powerball and the NFL. And along with that, something that’s that’s worth pointing out definitely, as as this game is just getting started. We’ve only had two drawings. The first one was the 13th of September. So, we’ve only had two every Sunday. At 10 o’clock, one drawing a week. Tickets are $5 each, and there is a a promotional program that is being run by Powerball through the powerballofficial.com website. If you go to powerballofficial.com, you can register and sign in and scan and and enter your Powerball X’s and O’s tickets into drawings where they’re going to give away NFL themed prizes. You could win a jersey, or you could win NFL Shop gift cards, and they ratchet up the prizing. That’s they’re going to give away a trip to the Super Bowl as well. So all of that is being run by Powerball again through that Powerballofficial.com website. If you want to get in on those prizes, you’ve got to register there and enter your tickets there. And that is separate from my lottery rewards. You can still enter your Powerball X’s and O’s tickets into rewards as well. But if you want to get in on those NFL drawings, you’ve got to enter at that powerballofficial.com site.
Nestor Aparicio 20:58
It’s its own game. Seth Elkin is here. The last thing on this football thing, and I’ve been at this, you know, a month we’ve been playing or promoting beginning of the 13th, and every Sunday at 10 o’clock. I don’t know that I would ever pick the Steelers, and I don’t know that you would ever pick the Ravens. So it’s an interesting thing for those of us who. And I said to John, I don’t really have a second favorite, and I don’t like any of them. I mean, the Saints are my least favorite team right now, and who hates the Saints? I mean, everybody, right? I mean, but they beat us. You know what I mean? I mean, I bet you’re not a fan of Patriots right now. I mean, nobody is ever, right?
Seth Elkin 21:32
I haven’t been a fan of the Patriots in a very. That’s my
Nestor Aparicio 21:34
point. And you would not pick them in this game this week, and I wouldn’t pick the Saints, and I would, I would never pick the Cowboys. Certainly not this week. Principle,
Seth Elkin 21:43
right? Out of correct.
Nestor Aparicio 21:45
I hate all the other teams. So finding eight teams that haven’t beaten me, annoyed me, frustrated-you know what I mean-like got in the way, whatever, right? I’m still mad at the 40 Niners, and we even beat them in the Super Bowl. You know what I mean.
Seth Elkin 22:02
It’s the important thing to remember is it’s a random drawing. It’s not about who your favorite teams are. It’s about what those eight teams are that are randomly drawn on Sunday night. So I know. Just have fun with it and try not to overthink it too much. And pick the Lions.
Nestor Aparicio 22:17
Nobody hates the Lions. Nobody hates the Browns. But and they can actually win in this game. Oh yeah, that’ll that’ll end it right there. Um, even the Steelers can win in this game. Seth Elkin is here. He communicates for the Maryland Lottery. A little oxygen at the end. You’re just on gambling because like all the stories are out. This is the month where like people, you know, stories are being written in the media about cautionary tales and whatnot. We talk about it all the time, and I and I really do see it all the time, and much more so than let’s say when you and I met a number of years ago, when you couldn’t do it on your phone, not just at the bar at Costas, but anywhere. Literally, this is a time of the year where people get back into it and find themselves sometimes in trouble.

Yeah, and and September is designated as Responsible Gaming Education Month, and I think it’s a really important concept. Is if you’re going to be involved in any kind of gambling, whether it’s the lottery or sports betting, or you go to a casino, the important thing to do if you’re if you’re playing a game and it’s for entertainment purposes is to understand how that game works, educate yourself, and that’s where I love the theme of RG Education Month. You know, be educated on the games that you’re playing, how they work, what the rules are, what the odds are. On the lottery side, that means you know, go to our website and go to the games section of the website, and all of the information about how the games work, what the rules are, what the probabilities of winning are. It’s all there for you to read. So take the time to to spend some time educating yourself about the games that you’re going to play. Any game you play, it’s always going to be more fun if you understand how it works. And I think that’s the thing to remember, along with as you always say, slow your roll. That’s why I don’t play baccarat.

I don’t understand it. I can’t play it, right? You know what I mean. That just seems to be, you know, if you’re if you’re game, give yourself the best chance to win and be smart about this. I mean, this is good common sense, but common sense sometimes isn’t common, and certainly it’s an addiction, man. It’s a serious, serious thing. And my heart for everybody this month that if you have somebody in your life that you think is struggling, you know, get involved in some way and try to help somebody. This is always time to remember

that the resources are there not only for the for the people who are struggling themselves, but as you as you just mentioned, people who if you know somebody who you think is struggling and you need you need to figure out how to help them. One 800 gambler is the state’s helpline number. You can you can talk to somebody confidentially to get some assistance or to get advice on on how to get a conversation was started started with somebody that you care about.

I would just say be a good friend. That’s it. There there it is. That that drop the mic on that. Seth Elkin is here. He communicates for the Maryland Lottery. We do things with the Maryland Lottery, including the Maryland Crab Cake Tour. We’ll be back out on Thursday. State Fair in Catonsville. I will have the Ravens scratch offs with the Kiss Face Bird. It’s been a lucky batch so far. We’re also going to be back at Pizza John’s on the second. That’s next Friday. Kind of punted on that a little bit with Ocean’s Calling this weekend and the Orioles not being in the playoffs next week. We’re going to get back to our regularly scheduled programming around here, including our 28th anniversary. And I was trying to dream up things, you know, crab cakes, oysters, food to eat, different stuff. The rock and roll thing this year has really struck me. You know, I went on a big trip to South America chasing some rock and roll, and all summer long on having bands out like Rush, which Seth and I share as well. Oh man, I’m going to see Rush in Pittsburgh on 15th with the engine out in November. So there’s, I don’t go to Pittsburgh for much, just football and Daddy Lee, pretty much maybe Springsteen once in a while. But but it is a fun month, and Kiss was number 28. John Mayer’s number 27. We’ll get to AC/DC next week, and we are like Casey Kasem counting them down here. WNSD. I am Nestor. We are WNST. AM 1570 Towson, Baltimore, and we never stop talking.
