PALM BEACH, Fla. — Each March the NFL has its annual meetings at a fabulous resort and part of the tradition are a pair of morning breakfasts featuring every head coach sitting in a dining area for food, coffee and conversation with the media. Today, I sat at the roundtable here at The Breakers with Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh, who was candid, funny and full of information and opinions about the state of the team, league and rules and regulations of the NFL.
