Of course, I’m just as curious as you as to see who is as angry as we are and willing to "give up" a Monday night to come down to Oriole Park to give the Angelos family their 2007 report card.

But before our FTB2 "Free Pete" on Monday, there’s a lot of sports action to catch.

First up for me, is the Towson-Delaware football game on Saturday night. I hope some of you join us at the Greene Turtle in Towson for some happy hour cocktails around 4ish. If you’ve never been to a Towson football game, you should give it a try tomorrow evening. The kickoff is at 6 p.m., the tailgating is great and the weather should be glorious! Bring the family!

(As a side note: My son, Barry, turns 23 — yes, TWENTY THREE YEARS OLD — tomorrow, and will be celebrating with us at the Towson football game. For some of the "oldtimers" at WNST, that might be as hard to comprehend as it is for me! Gawd, I’m so OLD!!!)

Then, on Sunday of course, it’s back to the purple palace for the Matt Leinart show. It’s hard for me to accept that the Ravens are an 8-point favorite in this one. I think the Cardinals are getting the Rodney Dangerfield treatment because they’ve stunk for 40 years. I think they’re decent and there are 15 other NFL teams I’d rather see here on Sunday at 1.

(BTW: Is anyone doing the Genesis concert on Sunday night? Just thought I’d ask…)

I’ll be back blogging over the weekend to continue to update FTB2 as more information comes in.

(I’m curious as to when The Sun is going to acknowledge that there’s a Free The Birds 2 event coming on Monday. I guess Mr. Angelos made another phone call down to the newspaper and made some more threats about how they shouldn’t "get involved" with FTB!)

I attended the Art Donovan tribute last night at Martin’s West — a wnsTV presentation is forthcoming — and people kept asking me the same question all night: "How many people do you expect on Monday night?"

I have no idea of knowing and I haven’t solicited RSVPs, so I’ll find out when I get there. Again, how many people isn’t all that important to me. I know we’re right, and that’s good enough for me.

I also know the weather is scheduled to cooperate. It’s slated to be 75 degrees at first pitch!

So, if you’re on the fence, I hope you watch some of last year’s videos on wnsTV and get inspired. You can say what you want about last year’s rally, but it DID get noticed by the front office, even if they’re too stupid to react in a positive fashion. But, if enough of us show up Monday night, it will be noticed!

No matter how big or small our crowd is, I know one thing: we’ll have fun because we’ll all be together at a baseball game in Baltimore!

Hope you clear your Monday night and bring the family to the game, WNST-style!

See ya around town all weekend…

From 'The Flu' to flying the Ravens into a Festivus?

Lamar Jackson hasn't practiced on a Wednesday in almost three months. Luke Jones and Nestor continue to spend midweeks discussing the health of the Baltimore Ravens two-time MVP quarterback and how it can't be helping the offensive operation. But, a win against the New England Patriots at home will keep hope alive in a wild and zany finish to the NFL regular season.

Leibovich: On the swamp and racket of The Big Game and bad government

"It's the best book ever written about the modern National Football League," so says Nestor about Big Game. And that's why we love having its author Mark Leibovich back on when his New England Patriots proudly return to Baltimore for some playoff knockout style football. Now with The Atlantic, the longtime political insider for The New York Times is also heavily immersed in Trumplandia and weighs in on the ongoing Epstein saga and the usual D.C. shenanigans.
