Stuart Berger2

Itโ€™s been over a quarter of a century since Stuart Berger had to climb out of a window at school board meeting in Baltimore County but heโ€™s back to set the record straight. In the early 1990s, Berger created chaos simply by asking tough questions and trying to make changes as the Superintendent of Baltimore County Schools.

Don Mohler worked for Berger in those days and now theyโ€™re back to tell some old tales and to discuss the state of modern education. And as you know, the Kirwan Commission will be discussed at length as well.

Nestor Aparicio is simply the former Baltimore County school student trying to learn the history of his education โ€œin the system.โ€

This is Part Two, a lengthy tale of the history in Baltimore County and the many challenges we have with education in modern America.
