Earlier today, The Sun reported that Cleveland offensive coordinator Rob Chudzinski signed a contract extension and will remain with the Browns. He has cancelled his appointment to meet with Steve Bisciotti and the Ravens today for the head coaching job.

The media situation in Cleveland is strange today, with most of the state being at tonight’s national championship game covering Ohio State (they’re still the biggest deal in the state of Ohio, really.)

Meanwhile, Terry Pluto wrote a great piece on Chudzinski and his situation in this morning’s Cleveland Plain Dealer.

As Brian Billick would say: “Next man up!”
