emotions and opinions of your own.

I have 168 hours in my real life and my radio life every week at WNST-AM 1570.

I’ve decided that every Thursday morning will be my own personal church. I’ll be using some time to interview and spotlight local causes and charities so I can learn about other miracles and stories of inspiration and perseverance. Our friends at Howard Bank have offered title sponsorship of these segments.

Those are the stories I want to tell, spotlight, ponder and further explore.

I hope you’ll continue to follow my journey as I explore new stories, tales and people.

I have immense gratitude for any of you who have cared enough to make it this far with me.

I hope we continue to learn and grow old together.

The best is yet to come…

The changing games through the years and betting on the future

After the Ravens' sudden elimination and the end of another season, we all need the comfort of old friends. It's a bit of 'Friends and Family' week as Nestor welcomes longtime media cohort and two-decade WNST hockey insider Ed Frankovic back for a 2026 sports reset as Ovechkin remains on the ice, the Ravens search for a head coach and the Orioles try to get baseball fans like us back to Camden Yards. Oh, and "Why does Nestor deserve a press pass?"
