Strange day indeed, when it’s 6:20 in the a.m. and word is the Ravens’ QB is arrested for DUI and he wasn’t even driving?

The initial word is that the actual driver of the vehicle — his brother-in-law — refused a breathalyzer, and because it was Steve McNair’s car and he was in the passenger seat, he too could be charged with DUI for allowing an impaired person to dirve his car.
