We have seen him all over Baltimore as the newest face in fighting crime and reducing guns and making our city better but this was our first chance to get to know police commissioner Michael Harrison at Faidley’s in Lexington Market just before the holiday.
His legendary stories from New Orleans are where our three-part conversation begins but we’ll have nearly 90 minutes of conversation about the consent decree, policing in the 20th century and how his Crime Reduction & Departmental Transformation Plan are expected to work in the coming days.
