As we begin our merger of WNST.net and Baltimore Positive this fall, weโ€™re about to bring forward a wide variety of guests and thought leaders and topics as we navigate all of the aspects of life during a pandemic. Because we havenโ€™t been able to sit down and eat a proper crab cake at Faidleyโ€™s at Lexington Market or have some chicken and waffles at State Fare in Catonsville with our guests, we have been doing one longish episode rather than our customary three shorter blocks of conversation.

Because Don Mohler has sat in the chair in Towson, in times of crisis weโ€™ve recently reached to other leaders like Jim Smith and Johnny Olszewski who have been immersed in crisis as the Baltimore County Executive. Sometime soon, weโ€™d love to put all of the former BCExโ€™s on one chat to discuss the state of the world but hereโ€™s another amazing conversation with the elder statesman and longtime Towson Times publisher Ted Venetoulis about the election season weโ€™re about to endure โ€“ one unlike any other!

We spent time with Venetoulis back in January at State Fare. We hope to get back to โ€œliveโ€ events sometime in 2021!

Clearly, we voted in June. And we hope you are ready to vote again in November!

We are all in this together and this is a time to educate, unite and keep each other safe. But we also have some extra time to read and learn and educate ourselves in many ways.

We will continue to produce high-quality, intelligent conversations with wisdom from wise leaders as our citizens try to readjust to this pandemic during the summer at Baltimore Positive.

Please subscribe to Baltimore Positive and stay with us.

Weโ€™ll try to keep you cool.
