Despite Chris Mortenson of ESPN reporting that Joey Harrington signed with the Ravens yesterday, our sources tell us that Harrington left Owings Mills today without officially becoming a Raven.

We’re now hearing that Todd Bouman has become the frontrunner to be the No. 3 QB here…
