Just a few days after rolling his ankle late in the Week 12 win over the New York Jets, Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton is good to go for the Thanksgiving clash with Cincinnati.

The two-time Pro Bowl selection will not carry a game status designation into Thursday night’s game after logging a limited practice Tuesday and being estimated as a full participant during Wednesday’s walk-through. After head coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Hamilton would have “a chance” to play against the Bengals, the star safety had his right ankle taped up and was able to move around OK during the portion of Tuesday’s practice open to reporters.

Hamilton’s availability becomes even more important with Cincinnati officially activating two-time Pro Bowl quarterback Joe Burrow (toe) from injured reserve on Wednesday afternoon. Burrow will be playing for the first time since Week 2 when he sustained a serious toe injury that required surgery and prompted many to wonder whether his 2025 season could be over.

In addition to Hamilton, neither quarterback Lamar Jackson (toe) nor wide receiver Rashod Bateman (ankle) carry a game status designation for Thursday night. Bateman will return from a two-game absence with an ankle injury sustained in the Week 10 win in Minnesota. This marked the third straight week that Jackson has missed practice time because of a lower-body ailment after he sat out three games earlier this season with a hamstring injury.

“With any player, you kind of see how they’re feeling all through the week, and even on game day, you kind of try to get a sense of that,” Harbaugh said Tuesday. “But [Jackson] looked good today.”

The Ravens officially ruled out running back Justice Hill (neck) and defensive tackle Taven Bryan (knee) on Wednesday afternoon. Hill’s absence should mean more offensive snaps for reserve running backs Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali behind veteran starter Derrick Henry.

While Burrow’s return is significant news and four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase is back from a one-game suspension, the Bengals will be without four-time Pro Bowl defensive end Trey Hendrickson (hip/pelvis) and wide receiver Tee Higgins (concussion) for Thursday night’s game. Hendrickson hasn’t played since Oct. 26, and Higgins was injured in last Sunday’s loss to New England.

There are certainly reasons to be optimistic that the Baltimore Orioles won't repeat a last-place performance in the American League East but losing two blue-chip, emerging players before March doesn't lift hope. Luke Jones and Nestor take another swing at spring in Birdland with Jordan Westburg and Jackson Holliday injured before the team takes the field in Sarasota.
