OWINGS MILLS, Md. — After sitting out Monday’s practice, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson was back on the field Wednesday and not even listed on the first injury report of the week.

Despite reports that he was still sore after logging his most rushing attempts in a game since 2021, Jackson said he was “good” and “just took a day off” as Baltimore continued preparations for its home opener against Las Vegas. Head coach John Harbaugh dismissed there being any concerns about the amount of contact Jackson took in the 27-20 loss to Kansas City to open the season last Thursday.

The two-time NFL MVP quarterback was asked whether the workload that produced 122 rushing yards — the third-highest regular-season total of his career — was sustainable.

“I don’t know. I’m not trying to find out,” Jackson said. “But we’ve got Derrick Henry, we’ve got Justice Hill — those guys. But I’m going to do whatever it takes to win, and in that type of game, sometimes you’ve got to do what you’ve got to do.”

Outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy was the only member of the 53-man roster not practicing Wednesday as he recovers from a fractured orbital bone suffered in the third quarter of the season opener. Speaking on his podcast earlier this week, the 33-year-old confirmed the fracture while expressing disappointment about the Kansas City medical staff’s handling of the injury.

Van Noy declined to speak to reporters in the locker room on Wednesday.

With Van Noy’s Week 2 status unclear, Baltimore did welcome back outside linebacker Adisa Isaac to practice for the first time since the third-round rookie out of Penn State injured his hamstring in the Aug. 17 preseason game against Atlanta. Isaac missed the entire spring and the start of training camp with a hamstring injury before hurting his other hamstring against the Falcons, leaving one to wonder how much practice time he’ll need to be deemed ready for game action.

“It will help a lot when we get him back out there. I think he’s making good progress,” Harbaugh said. “Getting him out there to practice today was big, and we’ll see how he responds tomorrow. Hopefully, we can build him in here as we go.”

At the moment, the only fully healthy outside linebackers on the active roster are Odafe Oweh, David Ojabo, Tavius Robinson, and the versatile Malik Harrison, who also played a number of snaps at inside linebacker in Week 1.

All-Pro inside linebacker Roquan Smith (shoulder) was listed as a limited participant on Wednesday.

Two members of the Raiders’ starting offensive line were limited in Wednesday’s practice: left tackle Kolton Miller (knee) and center Andre James.

Below is Wednesday’s full injury report:

These milestones continue to add up as the 25th anniversary of the Baltimore Ravens' Super Bowl XXXV win is coming later this month and Nestor is catching up with many of the Purple Reign legacies about life – on and off the field – as we celebrate the night we all felt the civic pride of that first miracle in Tampa. Firing the head coach and changing leadership will certainly create an interesting offseason in Owings Mills. No one covers the Xs and Os of the NFL like Mike Tanier of Too Deep Zone.
