You’ve seen her ads appear in recent days, telling her story in 30 seconds but this was our chance to sit and chat with mayoral candidate Mary Miller in a long format and gain some depth to her experience in government.

The longtime T. Rowe Price executive, who served in President Barack Obama’s administration in domestic finance as well as as the Acting Deputy Secretary of the Treasury before returning back to Baltimore to run for election on April 28, gave us some perspective on her Charm City journey and passion.

This is the finale of a three-part chat from Faidley’s Seafood in Lexington Market, covering a wide swath of city issues from crime to urban development and transportation to education and our children.

Mary Miller believes she has a plan to fix Baltimore and certainly has a large war chest of money that you will be seeing come to life in a campaign strategy in the next 10 weeks leading up to the election.

Later this week, we have a trio of chats with outgoing Downtown Partnership president Kirby Fowler and a chunky examination of the current mayoral race with Matthew Gallagher and Damian O’Doherty.

This will be a big week ahead for Baltimore Positive!

No one is covering Baltimore mayoral race better than we are and we appreciate all of our friends sharing our work this week! (It does not go unnoticed!)
