the process as I am aware of it, which is they, they had a public meeting, and they invited anybody to speak about, not a candidate in particular, but what their priorities would be for for a new county executive for the position for the next couple of years. They took that they narrowed whatever list they had 15 or 16 people that had put their name in. They narrowed it to five, and they gave that five last Monday night, 15 minutes each to speak, and they didn’t take questions. And we, I went and I watched them speak up. They all, they’re all very obviously impressive people, but yeah, the county council is going to select at some point from those five people the county.

They’re there access to roads. They’re there because it can take they can take stuff off of ships, put them on roads and spin them out, right? What happens when they don’t have roads? That’s the bridge. That’s how important it is, and it’s my business that takes, that takes workers comp cases out of those, right? All of those folks work, and they get hurt, and they need lawyers, and they need insurance companies to defend those claims. And he told me he’s got, you know, we obviously need partners at the federal government, and I wouldn’t begrudge him a career move like the US Congress, but, but we need that kind of energy. You get 600 million of free money that guys like you went down Annapolis and gave them, you know, years ago that that money’s been sitting there letting for whomever owns the team, right? So 1.8 million is already depressed price on the asset to begin with, in the sport, like, like, because of the TV market, because DC is close, because business managed, because all of that, right? So you get 600 million. So only in it. A million, 2,000,000,002 because they’re giving you 600 million to fix your house up, right? Allegedly, why wouldn’t you go into this thinking I need 500 million more to fund it, to just literally fund the organization with 500 million more, put it in and say, Look, we’re gonna play 100 million over revenue the next five years, in an effort to get 38,000 people in in an effort to get Costas to buy a bus, in an effort to get Blondell Miller shoulder to buy eight season tickets instead of four, like all of that has to happen. And I know that formula. And more than that, I know this city. The thing that really bothers me is they don’t know the city. They don’t know anything about their fan base. They don’t have Greg Baden didn’t know anything about the fan base. Greg baders, the reason they’re 10,000 empty seats up there, he’s responsible. They were a part of this. The other thing was horrific. The team on the field. Sometimes it was okay, sometimes it was really horrific. But the business itself and the support of businesses, whether they win or lose, whether they sign a pitcher or not, whether Gunder Henderson stays five years or not, because they’re not in control of that. They really aren’t. He doesn’t want to be here. He won’t be here, right? So it’s not like football, where they can just Zack Lamar didn’t want to be here. He didn’t have a choice. They kind of made. They boxed him in, and the other owners all got together and colluded, and Atlanta Falcons didn’t need Lamar Jackson and what? Right? So that’s, that’s the reality of this. The reality for me is, where’s the money coming from, and what’s the media going to be? How am I going to get the game? What are you going to charge me to get it, and not this, Netflix, Apple TV, and I got to get the game. I want to have every game on my app give me that’s the way you make me a real customer cable. That’s the way you get the lacrosse stick out of my kids hands, all of that stuff. So to me, the front facing part of this, over the first 90 days, they’ve done nothing to make me want to buy a ticket. When I buy tickets, you’ll know things are fixed, like, seriously, like, when they can convince me that they’re different better, community oriented, winning minded, good people when they can convince me that I’ll buy a ticket again.
