Welcome home. We are W, N, S, T. Am 15 70,000 Baltimore. We are Baltimore. Positive. This is positive. A little All Star break activities going on this week. Had a great, great set of crab cake tour shows, all brought to you by our friends at the Maryland lottery. I’m getting down to the nitty gritty at the end of the Back to the Future scratch offs. We’re going to be in Eldersburg, beautiful Carroll County. You’re going to be out with our friends at 1623, brewing, talking some old, live age stories and some rock and roll. I’m sure some sports will be on the agenda as well. On Friday, as we get together with some deposed Baltimore Sun columnist as well as artists, and probably have a little bit of coffee too. We’re gonna be Zeke’s coffee on Friday, doing the Maryland crab cake tour, I tell you, between all this baseball stoppage and we got Luke talking about football and the Ravens going next week, there still is, like a major left in the golf thing. And I don’t just mean the BMW, which is pretty major deal here at cage. Next month, this guy will be talking about that, and it’s not often that I like inbound golf friends hitting me and throwing me notes, but I did put up a little Cantley thing last month, I was at a cave sweating it out with everybody out there, eating a delicious buffet. By the way, on media day to RJ Shepherd, he runs things over in West Baltimore, holds down for it. Over there Forest Park for our partners at the Baltimore classic five, uh, sent me a text say, Hey, how was media day? You can talk some British we’ll talk about your kids, and we’ll talk about the Orioles, and we’ll talk about your golf game and all that. But, like, you’re all worked up for like, a tournament coming to Baltimore, right? This is, this is a VFD on the weekend I’m going to be down at Ocean City doing Mako next

Richard Sheppard Jr.  01:39

month. Yeah, and it’s not just any tournament, it’s a playoff event. This is the top 50 in the world. Yeah, top 50. Think that’s right, coming down to Baltimore for a playoff event to make it to the Tour Championship, which is the following week in Atlanta. But it’s a huge event, so looking for I would definitely be there that Sunday, and I was at, like, I told you, I was actually there when can’t lay into Shambo had that playoff. It was insane. It was

Nestor Aparicio  02:07

insane, yeah, and I was out there, you you asked me how the media day was going. So let’s start with that, and then we’ll get to, you know, what’s going on? What’s little West bottom? Everything good. I mean, the oral stone, last place on that side of town too, right?

Richard Sheppard Jr.  02:18

So we got, we got shellac yesterday. Yeah, yeah. What can you do? I mean,

Nestor Aparicio  02:23

I love that. You love the Orioles. I see you and your son, and so I will get to all of that. But so I went into media day, and I drove up the hill at caves. And, you know, I’ve been there a handful of times. I’ve never played the course, although it’s been offered to me a million times in a million ways. Oh, come on, Nestor, thanks. I’ve eaten delicious meals up in that beautiful little area up there. I watch all of the real golfers, like you walk around and but they were erecting that entire stance. Yeah, it’s like Blazing Saddles, dude. It’s like they come out and erect a city on the golf course. They’ve done some things to the golf course to make it more challenging, less challenging, they’ve rearranged some hills and done some things out there. So, I mean, this thing is playing up, like, almost a major kind of course, right? And it’s always been the cream of the crop, and where the rich people have the country club, like, all that stuff, not like classic five and like, hey, come out and play forest Parker, come out and play Mount Pleasant or whatever, different kind of experience, from caddies on all the way through to Michael Jordan playing up there and whatever. Um, but, but I would say this, I went up there and I’m watching them erect a thing. And I too was there the playoff day. I didn’t stay to the end of the end that was there five hours. Man, I was there for like, long evening. Yeah, I was there from like 10 to three. And to be honest with you, it was in the middle of my first crab cake tour. And my crab cake tour is always in August, because our anniversary is in August. We have our 27th anniversary. We’re going to change the 26th oyster. 27th anniversary is August 3. And I was in Ocean City. It’s it’s make a weekend, right? So I came back and John maroon lifer, friend, business partner, all the things that he is, good man, all that stuff, who’s a big part of the BMW as well. I text him. I’m like, John, I’d like to come out, but I don’t have a ticket. I don’t have a press release. He’s like, just come out here. I’ll get you know your media guy. Get out here, right? So I came out that last day on a couple of hours notice. I didn’t know I would be back in Baltimore, to be honest with you, I was traveling the whole state. I ate a crab cake in every county in the state that month. So it’s sort of like I was a little worn out. But I went out for five hours on a hot day. It’s hilly, right? I walked it. Saw everybody. Saw lots of people. I was out on the were 17 and 18 were and then he came home, you know, I, you know, I came home. I was living downtown at the time. Came home and just watched it on TV, and it went into sunset. I mean, they always tried to push the Monday. It was one of not just because it’s a Baltimore thing, or if you’re a golfer or not a golfie, but watching Cantley on the video screen, they put the whole thing together for everybody on media day, as you put us back into that mind. Frame of where we were that weekend. I mean, it’s a legendary top 50 all time sort of finish in the history of the PGA, right?

Richard Sheppard Jr.  05:07

For sure. Yeah, it was, it was incredible. It was incredible, man. People were just running around, going to the different holes, trying to catch them, and they were going at it. They were going at they were great shots too. I don’t know if that’s going to happen this year, but we’ll see.

Nestor Aparicio  05:23

I mean, there were shots like, there was a roar of the crowd, right? Like, oh yeah, they

Richard Sheppard Jr.  05:28

were throwing darts. You know, in the playoff, they were throwing darts at the pin. So, back and forth, back and forth, birdies, birdies, you know, so

Nestor Aparicio  05:36

golf guys. I mean, how many golf tournaments have you been to that are of that of PGA caliber, not just regionals you played in. I mean, maybe PGA pro. I mean, not, you know, but I don’t know if you went up to Jersey with your dad when you were a kid for something. I mean, I went to an LPGA Open final up in New Jersey before it came to Baltimore when Annika Sorensen won it. When you’re probably born in the 80s, Jack Kevin sent me to cover golf like, I mean, I don’t even know what I didn’t even know the rules. I mean, I did not grow up with golf in my life. I mean, I honestly, other than my dad, didn’t watch it my dad, it just my dad didn’t do horse racing or golf. My dad did baseball, basketball, you know, boxing, you know my dad. You watch what your dad watches. So for me, golf is those things. It helicopters in for people who don’t play it every week or watch it every week, but when it helicopters into Baltimore like this, it’s kind of the way Preakness caught on, even though I wasn’t in a horse racing family, because every year it came and it was a BFD and it was a triple crown. And even if you didn’t like it or know it, you knew it was in town, and there were concerts, and there were things. This BMW thing is one of the real look. We might not have an AFC Championship game this year. We’re not going to have any baseball playoff games or World Series. This isn’t like a real world series. This is a big, big,

Richard Sheppard Jr.  06:53

biggest event we’re having. I mean, honestly, it’s probably the biggest event we’re going to have

Nestor Aparicio  06:58

this year. And we didn’t get World Cup either, right? Yeah.

Richard Sheppard Jr.  07:01

So, I mean, yeah, like I said, it’s a playoff event. I’ve traveled, you know, the Congressional down in DC. Tiger had his event there. He also had his event down in Virginia at rtj, Robert Trent Jones club. They actually just had a live golf event there, but I ain’t gonna talk about that. Yeah. Yes. Johnny Opie Virginia, to watch some events, but to have it, you know, 1520 minutes away from you is awesome. So

Nestor Aparicio  07:32

that the greatest thing you’ve ever I mean, you’ve been to baseball games. I don’t know if you were at the Delmon young or whatever, but I really want to put this in perspective, by the way. RJ Shepherd is here. He runs things out at forestry. I think I even properly, I feel like we’re all friends, because I watch you on Facebook and stuff, and you can go and get a lesson, and we’re going to do all that. He’s with kids all day. So this is, this will be the worst experience of your life, sitting here talking to me today about the, you know, the British opening, about all this,

Richard Sheppard Jr.  07:56

yeah, I got a camp going on right now, so I took a break to join you. You’re moving

Nestor Aparicio  08:01

sideways, so that’s okay. So I would just say this, you’re a real sports fan. You’re a raving guy. You and your child go to Oriole games. And, man, I think I’ve been very, very blessed. And I don’t talk about it, you might not even know it if you haven’t watched my documentary. I’ve been at 27 Super Bowls, so I was there for every Brady, for every catch, not catch. I mean, I did 27 Super Bowls. I’ve been to 5556 World Series games. So when I think of like, you know, big home runs and big moments, I was there with Joe Carter, you know, won the world. So I’ve been to things, right? I’ve been and then the people always come to me. They never ask me, what’s the greatest sporting I was a Cal Ripken 20. I mean, I’ve been in a lot of things, right? People come up to me and they say, What’s the best crab cake? I get that every I get that on my yoga mat twice last week. It’s crazy getting ready for class. I’m all stretched out. I’m getting sweaty. What’s the best crab cake? That’s what I get. But the thing people hit me about is, what’s the best concert you’ve ever seen, what’s the best? You know? What with like, I get those kinds of things, sports is the thing I’m known for. Nobody ever asked me, but I’ve got so many that I don’t know. Like, I mean, I I’ve been a part of two Super Bowls in locker rooms and Burton bumps. But like, things you attend, when you attend, you’re a golf guy, and you attend the thing, like, case, you may think, I’ll never see that kind of drama again on an 18th hole that I’m on, like, seeing a no hitter or seeing three home runs this week, this kid hits three home runs. Yeah? You know, there’s things you’ll never see. It

Richard Sheppard Jr.  09:38

doesn’t happen, right? Yeah. The biggest event for me was the AFC Championship game we hosted against Kansas City a couple years ago, two years ago. That was, that was pretty amazing, too. We lost, unfortunately, as you know, but being there, you know, my home’s there, Kelsey. It was, it was, it was awesome. But

Nestor Aparicio  09:58

Taylor Swift was there too. Let’s bring her. And

Richard Sheppard Jr.  10:01

correct. Yes, you know the camera was on her, but that was probably the biggest event I’ve been to, honestly,

Nestor Aparicio  10:08

but out on the playoff, to be there in person, that roar and everything that happened that day, that if you were there, or if you watched, and if you’re associated with golf, it’s a memorable moment that will be spotlighted in four weeks when it comes back here and say, you know, caves is cutting a reputation. If it can be very hard to top that Sunday, I’ll and I’ll say that. And I think everybody out there on media day, yes, the vibe immediately is sort of like, Hey, man, you know, we had something really special, that there was a point where they talked about Memphis and how hot it was the week before and like, and this time of the year for these kinds of players, and right now they’re going to play the British or the open, I don’t know, you know, I had to Google this up. I’m like, I don’t know what I know about royal port rush, if we’re talking about, you know, these amazing UK courses, right?

Richard Sheppard Jr.  11:08

Yeah, well, it’s actually kind of, it’s a different course. They, they, it’s only the second time, I think, in the last 60 years, it’s in Ireland. So a port, Royal port Rush is in Northern Ireland. Usually the British Open is in, you know, England, or Scotland in the UK. But this is in Northern Ireland, home of Roy McElroy. So he’s one of the top contenders. And the last, it was last there in 2019 and Shane Lowry, he’s also from Northern Northern Ireland. He won in 2019 so look out for those guys this week. It’s a little different course. As you know, over there, the wind is going to be very you know, it’s a link style course, not many trees out there. It’s not like a Parkland here. It’s link style. You have the sand dunes. It’s right off the coast of Ireland. So the wind is going to play a huge factor. If that wind is blowing, it’s going to be a tough challenge for them, but they can handle it, for sure. They can handle it

Nestor Aparicio  12:09

when you get young kids out on a course and they watch golf on a weekend like this, and the best players in the world are playing, and they see it, and it looks like it’s on a different planet. And to me, I guess, as a kid. And this speaks to golf, being not a kid for Africa. You know, African American kid from West Baltimore, kid that was a baseball kid from Dundalk, who nobody you know, Mr. Frank, played golf. And I didn’t know anybody else in the neighborhood even played golf, or had golf clubs, or even saw what a golf club was. To see a pebble beach, you know what I mean, to see those cliffs, and I’m like, That Ocean City don’t look like that. You know what I mean. And even, even like the Bob hopes, and you go out to Palm Springs and see that, you know the azaleas, and when you see the Masters, that looks a little East coasty and foresty and tree doesn’t look a little, maybe Pine Ridge a little bit, you could have a little vibe about that if they planted the right trees out there or whatever. But when you see these, these European courses, these link style courses, with these giant holes of, you know, they’re not sand dunes or traps. They’re like, you know, villages, yeah, yeah. I mean, it looks like it’s on a different planet, though, I would think, from a terrain standpoint, for the young people that are outplayed Junior on your course this morning at Forest Park, right? Yeah, it’s,

Richard Sheppard Jr.  13:28

yeah, it’s, it’s the home of golf. It’s the original golf, how Golf was originally played. You know, before, you know, we had all this America. America kind of brought a little more esthetics to the golf course, you know, like you said, the flowers, the terrain, how the, how they do the cut of the fairways, you know, how, how it’s nice and striped. I’m sure, when you went to caves, there were, the fairways were like striped in a perfect line. I’m sure, you know, I’m sure it was perfect. Not A, not A blade around

Nestor Aparicio  13:58

that thing they were erecting in front as I was coming up the hill. I mean, it was just sticks at this point. It was like, I’m like, Oh my God. Like, I took a picture of it just to see what it looked like that day, to see, like, when I go back, how, how grand that they literally build a stadium there, you know, yeah, yeah.

Richard Sheppard Jr.  14:17

So, you know, over there, it’s kind of, it’s kind of, you know, more natural, more natural. You might see a little brown spots, you know, the green might be a little slower than, say, the tour courses, but it’s how Golf was originally played back, you know, 1800s going back, you know, going, have you ever played on one of those courses? No, I’ve not been. There’s

Nestor Aparicio  14:37

nothing like that in America that you’ve like. They’ve erected in Arkansas, and you went played it or something

Richard Sheppard Jr.  14:42

played in St Lucia, uh Cabot Saint Lucia. It was a new course that was built there. It has stunning views of the cliffs, and you’re hitting over the ocean on certain holes. It’s more like Pebble Beach, though they’re like more like pebble beach style. But it wasn’t that many trees, though, that’s why I was. Kind of it was, it was windy too, so a little bit of linksy style. But

Nestor Aparicio  15:03

make you look like a fool, or make you look like a genius,

Richard Sheppard Jr.  15:07

or just early, early fool. But I started to warm up and get used to it. Yeah.

Nestor Aparicio  15:12

But are you doing that? Matched over pulling the grass up, seeing which way it’s blowing, doing all that, yeah, in the fairway,

Richard Sheppard Jr.  15:17

definitely, definitely, definitely, when it’s blowing at least 1520, miles per hour. You do want to get an idea of because it affects your clubs, your club selection. You know, if it’s blowing into you want to take some extra club, and if it’s downwind, a little less club, right to left, right, left to right. You want to account for those things. So, yeah, it’s all it’s awesome, man. It’s a lot of fun. RJ

Nestor Aparicio  15:38

Shepherd is the golf pro over at Forest Park. He’s in West Baltimore. He’s getting ready for, you know, this is the best part of the day for you. Get 20 minutes. Like, how old are these kids you got out there today? Tell me about what you’re doing out there. Because, like, we’re gonna invite everybody out to play golf. Play golf with you. We’ll send them to any of the classic five locations, down to Carroll Park. I’ll go up to Pine Ridge. I know I always forget one. Which 1am I forgetting? I’m forgetting Mount Pleasant bar. I always forget Clifton. It’s one right by Ed lowers house, for crying out loud, right by Cocos as well. So right by Monticello Montebello. I’m sorry, Monticello Montebello, whatever. Yeah. We got really my lake Houston.

Richard Sheppard Jr.  16:20

We got Junior camps going on. We got multiple camps going on this week. I got a I got a younger group, kind of under 10 year olds. Ooh, what

Nestor Aparicio  16:28

do they call we they call them squirts or midgets in hockey. What do they call them in golf, under 10? Pee Wee, yeah. Pee Wee, that’s a nice story. Yeah, that’s good, yeah. Makes me think of Asian food these days in the airport, but that’s a different thing altogether. So

Richard Sheppard Jr.  16:41

yeah, so we got them, and we got a group from wrecking parks. We me and my partner, Joe inkwell, we have a group called mood swings, so we’re partnering up with wrecking parks. They’re here as well. So we got a mood swings. What’s that? That’s what we’re calling it. You know how golf? You know how move? You know how mood you you’re in a certain mood, right when you wake up and, you know the mood swings. So we kind of tied it into golf, where, where you’re swinging a golf club. You know, people have mood swings with their attitude, right? But now golf, hopefully golf, will bring these kids a good mood, put them in a positive mood. Well, look, I

Nestor Aparicio  17:20

listen. We’re our time is short today because I had a window for you, because you got to get back out. I got my coaches out there. Here’s what I want to do. I want to take the mood swings thing. I want to box that up, because I do want to talk a little baseball with you before I go. Okay, as well. Get everybody out of the golf course telling me, yeah, but that’s a crab cake thing that we got to do. We got to sit and talk about that. Yeah, I’m

Richard Sheppard Jr.  17:42

mad I miss you when you in Randallstown, but I was actually out in Ocean City on a golf trip. So,

Nestor Aparicio  17:47

man, I’m doing a bunch of shows next month, and I’m doing it in advance of the BMW. So maybe I get you out for early August, or some bring you over to Beaumont. Maybe Beaumont probably works out great, because that’s three, right? Yeah, yeah. So it’s the seventh of August. I’m at the Beaumont. So write that down, and that’s a week before the BMW. The afternoon you come out, bring the mood swing thing to me there. We’ll get a crab cake. We’ll get to, you know, we’ll do, don’t tell anybody I’m doing my 27 favorite things to eat next month, and I’m going to spoil one of the things it’s that fried lobster tail they do over there. If you’ve ever had that, you’re gonna have that with me, it’s gonna blow your mind. So the seventh of August, because we’re kicking the thing, it’s my 27th anniversary, we’re kicking it off. We’re literally kicking off there that day at Beaumont. Perfect. We’re gonna do it all right, I’m doing my 27 favorite things to eat 27 days. They’re not always bougie as a fried, you know, deliciously delicately fried lobster, yeah, but this will be the busiest thing I eat on the whole tour. I mean, some of it’s like snowballs and cookies and, yeah, yeah, peach cake and things like that. That I want several things, mood swings. I won’t Google this for you because I thought, like, I work with another golf course at one point, and they would do lighted like, date night glow golf, right? Nighttime golf? Yeah, right. So I thought maybe that I work with a bowling alley up at Green mount, where they had a Taylor Swift night where they put the disco lights on. I’m thinking, like, light up the range. I’m thinking play music, like they do out at the trash open. I figured mixing it up with kids, play some hip hop music, play some rock and roll, whatever. That’s what I thought. Like mood swings would be like, like, um, drop in center, where I met John Allen in 1979 who’s my guest on Wednesday. That’s all okay,

Richard Sheppard Jr.  19:36

you know, I like that. We can add some vibes to it. That’d be dope. Mood

Nestor Aparicio  19:39

swing. I just didn’t know what it was. So, all right,

Richard Sheppard Jr.  19:41

it’s the golf camp. We that’s, yeah,

Nestor Aparicio  19:44

sellers. Where are you? Bunny Orioles, I

Richard Sheppard Jr.  19:47

thought, I think we’re sellers. I think we’re sellers. We had it. We had a shot there, but we kind of, we kind of drifted back, definitely, just series against the Marlins and who’s before that. I. Mets, the Mets. Yeah, those two series I watched the team. I’m going to the game. I’m going to the Rockies game here later this month. For the giveaway. They can win that. Yeah, hopefully we sweep them. But that’s why I’m going it out. Well, I’m like, we should, we should be able to take care of the rock

Nestor Aparicio  20:14

yeah, enjoy Ryan o’hern, while he’s here. You got a few more bats left after the all star game with RJ shepherd’s out on the course of course, but get the big invitation to get everybody out there. I’ll talk,

Richard Sheppard Jr.  20:23

yeah, please come out. It’s summertime. Summertime. Weather’s good. Have fun. Bring the whole family out. Kids are out of school. Kids want to have fun. Kids want to have an outlet. So just give them golf, and it’s a fun family activity. We got the ladies groups. We got the men’s senior groups, bunch of different leagues and activities. We do a bunch of clinics. We had two clinics this weekend, one with my church. Yesterday, I did a clinic with my church. And then Saturday, we actually did one with the Yacht Club, Neptune Yacht Club in Baltimore. They got the boats down at Fells Point. You got

Nestor Aparicio  20:55

churches, yacht clubs, kids, you know, black, white, young, old, male, female. I was out of Costas the other day, and a bunch of women came in there, and they’ve been golfing. The new cost is in Timonium. So, like, I mean, it’s not

Richard Sheppard Jr.  21:09

listen great place right now. Yeah, I’m getting

Nestor Aparicio  21:12

my back. My back’s getting a little bit Oh, dude, do you have one more minute? Because I gotta bring this up with you. I’m good. All right, I haven’t been drinking, okay? And I want to tell you this all right, but I was drinking when this happened, fair enough, Sunday afternoon, my wife and I walked into Cooper’s north and, well, Sunday, you call it yesterday, but if they hear this on Tuesday, they don’t know Sunday. Sunday, I went in and there was a rain delay on the Orioles, you know this, right? So they’re showing the Frank Robinson um statue speech with Jana Marie and Lou Angelos and Roland HeMan from 2012 so that’s on the screen, and then on the other screen, RJ, it was like a Saturday Night Live skit, because the sound wasn’t up. There were dudes kicking big ass green tennis balls that look like soccer balls into on golf courses, on legitimate Oh,

Richard Sheppard Jr.  22:13

foot golf. Foot golf. Yes, we had that at Carroll Park. We had that at Carroll Park. Check it out. I can’t say this

Nestor Aparicio  22:21

out loud, but

Speaker 1  22:22

D, A, F, A, Q, what the what? I mean.

Richard Sheppard Jr.  22:29

It’s, it’s, yeah, it’s different. There

Nestor Aparicio  22:33

was an Argentinian guy who looked like Messi, but he looked like he looked more like a fat Maradona, to be honest with you, and he’s got an Argentinian thing on, and he kicks a thing, and he falls to his knees. I swear to you, the sad country music was blaring in in Coopers without Terry, we got to fix that. Um, but nonetheless, I’m watching it without sound. So I’m watching these men all jump on each other and hug each other as though they’ve scored a goal. Yeah, and they’re on a golf course, and the ball is as big as your head, and it’s green, like a tennis ball, but it kicks like a soccer ball, and it’s going into a tee, legitimate golf tee, with a hole as big as a manhole. Yeah. I’m like, What is going on? My wife looks at me. I looked at her. I’m like, and I’m not kidding, and I’m not even this isn’t comedy, but I’m working on my comedy, and I’m gonna bring my comedy out on the road soon. Um, Mickey shell is helping me. The next thing that happened wasn’t the ball game, because it was still in rain delay. And they went from foot golf, where they had they showed Austrian champions, they had a senior division, they had an American team. The Slovenians are really good at it, and they’re all wearing jerseys that look like World Cup soccer jerseys, right? Yep. And they’re out on a golf course kicking this thing. It’s a damn mistake. So that ends, and the next thing that it was on ESPN, the next thing that comes on dodgeball. No, I’m not talking, no, professional dodgeball. You watching ESPN? Ocho, dude. I have no idea what I already went through da FAQ. I mean, if you I don’t, I don’t know what I’m still trying to get into golf and figure out where they’re playing in Northern Ireland this week, and come and see you. And the other thing I had for you, we need to go through it to Beaumont over this, some this, this lobster can’t wait. I can’t wait. Pee Wee is what you call them. I’m trying to think of all the insulting things that they call kids when i So, we had midget, Bantam. Bantam was bowling, right? We had pony League, which was big baseball kids, right? We had Squirt. Squirt is a long term, yeah, yep. Sport’s a hockey term. I don’t know what Junior is now. We. Call everybody you know with girls. I don’t want to insult young ladies. So I ain’t a guy, gender, cross gender and all that. But like Jay, I’ll sober that too. So I’ll be happy to I’m non denominational, anti Liv as you know, um, but Pee Wee Junior. What else do we call? Is there a Bantam? Is there a what do we call young people? Uh, yeah,

just juniors and Junior. No, you can go into preteen or teenagers. Those are kind of

in soccer. They don’t soccer smart. It’s you 14, you 12 that they don’t call it you, right? That’s what

Junior Golf is, right? Junior League, we have 13, you and 17, you, you

19 too, right? Like, it’s all of that cut offs, right, right? Yeah, all right. I got the answer. But you, when you said Pee Wee, that makes me, that makes me pee my pants. It does, does just saying Pee Wee, yeah, makes me think of, like, you know, makes me think our

first tea program on Saturday mornings, they’re at four to six year olds, actually. So they’re real young. They have, like, the plastic clubs, and the four to six is the Pee Wee for the first tee on Saturday. So my

neighborhood, when I and I played that league, we called a training league in baseball. We get off the tee, tee ball, T ball, right? T ball was baseballs will be called that. But then after that, it was just out there having fun. Yeah, it was like, little league. And my neighbor, it was like, seven, 910, 12 was kind of, they played 1012, they played 1214, you know, like, that’s what we called it. But when we went up to Eastwood, they called it the pony leagues and and then. But hockey was always, like, squirt Midge, and I was always, it always made me titter because I covered hockey. So unless juniors and Pee Wee’s Forest Park. RJ shepherd’s my dude. He’s out there training them up, dying with the Orioles, living with the ravens, but never living training camps coming up. Live whatever they calling it. Hey, man, and I will be out, um, courtesy of my friends, a curio wellness. Thank you very much. Wendy and Michael and everybody. Um, they invited me. I got the invitation on the last day at the stadium. No BMW man. So my, my, um, my tour is going to be down at Mako on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, I come back, and it’s in the middle of my 27 uh, favorite things to eat next month too. So on that Sunday, I’m going to be out of case. I’m really looking forward to coming out and, and I’m not going to be a dope and come out at 10 in the morning and get, like, worn out by three o’clock. I’m going long haul this time. I’m going out. I’m gonna sleep in. Gotta see the end. Get there, one, two, get there. You know, get there and be like, Yeah, you know,

Richard Sheppard Jr.  27:38

around six, 630 Yeah. And watch.

Nestor Aparicio  27:41

It’ll be a walk over. I hope I get a two hole playoff at least. You know, give me, give me. Give me some drama is what I need when I’m out there for the day, BMW is coming. I love having RJ on it. Don’t tell ed. I love him too. I don’t want to get anybody. They’re all, you’re all my guys. You’re the classy Five Guys, even though I always forget our friends at Clifton and Mount Pleasant and Forest Park and Carroll Park and Pine Ridge. And I’m Hey, I do this without a script. Okay? Because, I mean, I could go up and read, but I always try to forget one, just to let them know that I remember. I’ll get Tom on to the Phillies are better than New York.
