OWINGS MILLS, Md. — With Ronnie Stanley out for a fourth straight game, the Ravens still hope to have Alejandro Villanueva at left tackle against Indianapolis on Monday night.

After returning to practice on a limited basis Saturday morning, Villanueva was officially listed as questionable with a left knee injury that sidelined him for the second half of the Week 4 win at Denver. The 33-year-old went through practice with a wrap on his left knee and took part in offensive line drills without incident during the media viewing portion of practice, but head coach John Harbaugh didn’t address his status for Monday Night Football, saying only that a few days off were beneficial. The 6-foot-9, 320-pound offensive tackle has never missed a game in his seven-year career.

The Ravens appear likely to again elevate 34-year-old veteran Andre Smith from the practice squad to serve as the swing tackle backing up Villanueva and right tackle Patrick Mekari, but it’s worth noting veteran offensive tackle David Sharpe was protected on the practice squad for Week 5. Smith played 35 snaps in relief of Villanueva last Sunday.

Additional help could be on the way soon as second-year offensive lineman Tyre Phillips was designated to return to practice from injured reserve on Saturday. Sidelined since sustaining a left knee injury in the season opener at Las Vegas, Phillips now has a 21-day practice window before the Ravens must reinstate him to the 53-man roster, but they are permitted to activate him before then. Phillips was working out on a side field on Thursday, a sign that he was close to returning to practice.

Safety DeShon Elliott (quad) was listed as questionable on the final injury report, but he practiced all week on a limited basis, which bodes well for his chances of playing against the Colts. Elliott missed last week’s 23-7 win over the Broncos as rookie Brandon Stephens started in his place and split snaps with veteran defensive back Jimmy Smith.

Safety Geno Stone (thigh) was also listed as questionable for Week 5 after sitting out Thursday and logging limited participation in the final two practices of the week.

Though not listed on the injury report since he’s on the practice squad, cornerback Kevon Seymour remained out with an undisclosed injury, making it unlikely that he’ll be elevated to play in a fourth straight game. Outside linebacker Jaylon Ferguson remains on the reserve-COVID-19 list with Harbaugh confirming that the edge defender is still experiencing symptoms from the virus and hasn’t yet been cleared to return.

The Ravens have until 4 p.m. Monday to elevate any players from the practice squad or reinstate wide receivers Rashod Bateman and Miles Boykin to the 53-man roster. Harbaugh has said both receivers have a chance to play against the Colts.

Indianapolis continues to deal with a rash of injuries and officially ruled out three starters for Monday night, which included rookie first-round defensive end Kwity Paye (hamstring). Starting strong safety Khari Willis (ankle/groin) was listed as questionable after being limited in practices all week.

Below is the final game status injury report for Monday night:

BALTIMORE

INDIANAPOLIS
