OWINGS MILLS, Md. — The Ravens have ruled out two players for Sunday’s game against the New York Jets while not giving an injury designation to star quarterback Lamar Jackson for Week 12.

Starting wide receiver Rashod Bateman (ankle) and rookie cornerback Keyon Martin (rib) will not play after missing the entire practice week, but Jackson is good to go after logging full practices Thursday and Friday. The two-time NFL MVP missed Wednesday’s workout while nursing an ankle injury, which came a week after he sat out a practice due to knee soreness.

Jackson said his ankle felt “good” after Thursday’s practice, but he didn’t rule out the possibility of taking a rest day every week for the remainder of the season. In addition to the recent ankle and knee issues, the 28-year-old missed three games with a hamstring injury in October.

“Probably. We’ll see how it goes though,” said Jackson about taking off Wednesday practices moving forward. “I’ll have to see how coach [John Harbaugh] feels about it.”

Bateman will miss a second straight game with an ankle injury suffered in the Week 10 win at Minnesota, but Harbaugh said the veteran wideout is “progressing well” and has “a chance” to play against Cincinnati on Thanksgiving night. Of course, Bateman won’t have much practice time to test the progress of his right ankle next week, which could compromise his chances of returning for the Bengals game.

After missing last Sunday’s win in Cleveland, cornerback Marlon Humphrey (finger) and running back Justice Hill (toe) are off the injury report and expected to play against New York.

The Jets listed two starting defensive linemen — edge rusher Will McDonald (quad) and defensive tackle Harrison Phillips (foot) — as questionable for Sunday’s game. However, both were able to play in Week 11 with their respective ailments.
