OWINGS MILLS, Md. — The Ravens filled their final spot on the 53-man roster by signing cornerback Chris Greenwood off the Minnesota Vikings’ practice squad on Wednesday.
Originally a fifth-round pick of the Detroit Lions in 2012, Greenwood had spent the entire regular season on Minnesota’s practice squad after he failed to make Detroit’s 53-man roster at the end of the preseason. The 6-foot-1, 193-pound cornerback appeared in three games for the Lions in 2013, making six tackles as a reserve.
Greenwood becomes the fifth cornerback on the current 53-man roster after Asa Jackson (knee) was officially placed on injured reserve Tuesday. The Albion product joins Lardarius Webb, Rashaan Melvin, Anthony Levine, and Antoine Cason in the surviving group of cornerbacks entering Week 16 with five currently on IR.
In addition to the Vikings and the Lions, Greenwood spent some time with the Dallas Cowboys last season.

A Triumph of magic power and winning the good fight as Emmett (finally) puts the band back on the road

It's been quite a few years of change in tone with our visits with guitarist Rik Emmett, whose Triumph music has lived in the vault of classic rock radio for four decades but the band that last toured in 1993 was brought back together again last summer through hockey and the magic power of the music.
