OWINGS MILLS, Md. — The Ravens may not be as healthy as Wednesday’s injury report indicated ahead of their Week 4 meeting with the Washington Football Team.

After all 53 players on the active roster took part in what appeared to be little more than a walk-through without helmets and pads less than 48 hours after the Monday loss to Kansas City, left tackle Ronnie Stanley (shoulder), defensive end Derek Wolfe (elbow), and defensive back Anthony Levine (abdomen) didn’t participate in Thursday’s workout. Levine was an observer from the sideline, but the absence of Baltimore’s All-Pro left tackle as well as a starting defensive lineman reflected the light nature of Wednesday’s on-field work when all three were listed as limited participants.

Stanley hasn’t missed a game this season despite dealing with ankle and hip issues in September, and the Ravens should feel confident about his availability against Washington as long as he’s able to log some practice time on Friday. It’s unclear whether Wolfe’s ailment is related to the same elbow injury that landed him on injured reserve with Denver last season.

Inside linebacker L.J. Fort (thigh), cornerback Jimmy Smith (knee), defensive tackle Justin Madubuike (knee), and wide receiver Chris Moore (finger/thigh) were all limited participants on Thursday. Sidelined since breaking a finger before the start of early training camp, Moore now being listed with a thigh injury casts more doubt about him making his season debut against Washington.

Meanwhile, Washington was again without standout rookie defensive end Chase Young, who isn’t expected to play as he continues to recover from a groin injury.

Below is Thursday’s full injury report:

BALTIMORE
DID NOT PARTICIPATE: DB Anthony Levine (abdomen), OT Ronnie Stanley (shoulder), DT Brandon Williams (non-injury), DE Derek Wolfe (elbow)
LIMITED: LB L.J. Fort (thigh), DT Justin Madubuike (knee), WR Chris Moore (finger/thigh), CB Jimmy Smith (knee)
FULL: RB Justice Hill (thigh)

WASHINGTON
DID NOT PARTICIPATE: WR Steven Sims Jr. (toe), DE Chase Young (groin)
LIMITED PARTICIPATION: LB Cole Holcomb (knee), OT Morgan Moses (hip), WR Terry McLaurin (thigh)
FULL PARTICIPATION: DE Ryan Anderson (ankle), OT Saahdiq Charles (thigh), WR Dontrelle Inman (wrist)

They met on the backstretch at Pimlico three decades ago and The Mayne Event always returns and never disappoints for sports, comedy, charity and why Eddie Vedder shouldn't trust Nestor. Longtime ESPNer Kenny Mayne checks in for another round of tales of wiffle ball with Ken Griffey, podcasts with the other Manning and still being pissed off about the Sonics (and Pilots) departure from Seattle.

These milestones continue to add up as the 25th anniversary of the Baltimore Ravens' Super Bowl XXXV win is coming later this month and Nestor is catching up with many of the Purple Reign legacies about life – on and off the field – as we celebrate the night we all felt the civic pride of that first miracle in Tampa. Reflections here with the man who coached Jamal Lewis, Priest Holmes, Sam Gash and Femi Ayanbadejo a quarter of a century ago.

Firing the head coach and changing leadership will certainly create an interesting offseason in Owings Mills. No one covers the Xs and Os of the NFL like Mike Tanier of Too Deep Zone. The one-time geometry teacher of Joe Flacco joins Nestor to discuss the depth and salary cap numbers of the Baltimore Ravens roster and the structural changes Eric DeCosta will need even after Steve Bisciotti finds a new captain to lead Lamar Jackson.
