As an East Baltimore lifer, Nestor Aparicio loves going to his favorite places owned by old friends. On Day 18, once he heard the Highlandtown aioli was elevated he knew he’d be seeking out his old Berkshire chum Brian Eder for some fried oysters at The Chasseur, high on the Highland Street hill at Foster.
Local restaurant veteran Brian Eder hosts childhood pal Nestor at his beautiful bar and grill at the corner of Highland and Foster in Upper Canton. Come on into The Chasseur for a crab cake, a cold drink and an incredible view of our harbor at Fort McHenry.
