His three years on the field with the Maryland Terps showed him to be a No. 12 overall selection but it’s been his annual coat drives and lifelong commitment to College Park that earned longtime NFL pass rusher Shawne Merriman a natural seat in the Maryland Terrapins Hall of Fame earlier this month.
