The Ravens have listed wide receiver Sammy Watkins, tight end Nick Boyle, and defensive tackle Brandon Williams as questionable to play in Thursday night’s game at Miami.

Right tackle Patrick Mekari (ankle) and running back Latavius Murray (ankle) aren’t expected to play after once again being listed as doubtful on the final injury report and sitting out the entire practice week. Murray hasn’t played since the Week 6 win over the Los Angeles Chargers while Mekari is set to miss his second straight contest.

Sidelined with a hamstring injury since the Week 5 win over Indianapolis, Watkins was upgraded to full participation on Wednesday’s estimated report and has been practicing since last week, making it likely that the veteran wideout will play against the Dolphins barring a late setback. The 28-year-old being active would mean quarterback Lamar Jackson would have each of his top three projected wide receivers on the field for the first time all season.

Boyle’s status appears to be up in the air despite him being listed as a limited participant all week. He wasn’t present during the media viewing portion of Monday’s walk-through and wasn’t doing anything during Tuesday’s viewing period either, which doesn’t exactly support the notion of him making his season debut against the Dolphins. However, head coach John Harbaugh did say Monday that he anticipated Boyle being “in the mix” to potentially play on Thursday night. The veteran blocking tight end hasn’t played in a game since suffering a major knee injury nearly a year ago, and the Ravens could again elect to elevate tight end Eric Tomlinson from the practice squad if Boyle needs another week before being activated.

Sitting out last Sunday’s win over Minnesota with a shoulder injury, Williams was listed as a non-participant for Wednesday’s walk-through, which leaves some uncertainty about his availability.

The Ravens have until 4 p.m. Thursday to elevate any players from the practice squad or activate anyone from injured reserve. Cornerback Chris Westry (knee) and guard Ben Cleveland (knee) were both designated to return to practice earlier this month and are candidates to be activated for the Miami game. Veteran defensive end Derek Wolfe (back/hip) didn’t practice this week and won’t play against the Dolphins.

Meanwhile, the Dolphins listed starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (left middle finger) as questionable for Thursday’s game. Tagovailoa is expected to be active, but head coach Brian Flores and Miami’s training staff must determine whether he’s healthy enough to start or backup Jacoby Brissett will get the starting nod for a second straight game.
