OWINGS MILLS, Md. — The Ravens will be without rookie cornerback Nate Wiggins for Sunday’s home opener against Las Vegas after the first-round pick was involved in a car accident earlier this week.

Head coach John Harbaugh said the 21-year-old is “fine” and “healthy” despite Baltimore listing him on the injury report as having a neck issue. Asked whether Wiggins’ status would be in question beyond Sunday’s tilt with the Raiders, Harbaugh was unsure.

“It’s a car accident, and it doesn’t seem real serious. Beyond that, what do I know?” Harbaugh said. “I don’t know anything. I’m coaching the team and trying to get ready to play. That’s really what it is. The doctors don’t even know if you want to be honest. The doctors don’t know, and they’re the doctors. And like I say, I’m not a doctor, right? But they don’t know half the time. That’s proven true — you guys have been to the hospital and stuff. They try to figure out stuff the best they can, so we’ll see.”

Wiggins is at least the fourth Ravens player to be involved in a car accident since the start of training camp after tight end Mark Andrews, inside linebacker Josh Ross, and outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy were involved in crashes over the summer. The 30th overall pick out of Clemson in April’s draft, Wiggins played on a part-time basis in his NFL debut last week, seeing 17 defensive snaps as well as 11 plays on special teams.

Recovering from an orbital bone fracture suffered in the season-opening loss to Kansas City, Van Noy returned to practice on a limited basis Friday and was officially listed as questionable to play in Week 2. The 33-year-old refrained from commenting further on his expressed criticism about the care he received from the Chiefs’ medical stuff after sustaining his injury in the third quarter of the 27-20 loss last Thursday, but he said he was “just grateful for the specialists that I have and the doctors that have treated me” over the last week.

“I’m feeling good, feeling optimistic,” said Van Noy, who is still consulting with the equipment staff and doctors over how to best protect his right eye. “I still have two days obviously, and I’m just trying to do everything I can [to play].”

Returning to practice on a limited basis this week, rookie outside linebacker Adisa Isaac was listed as doubtful to play as he works his way back from a hamstring injury suffered in mid-August. The third-round pick out of Penn State missed spring workouts and the start of training camp with a hamstring injury to his other leg.

The Raiders ruled out two reserves — defensive end Tyree Wilson (knee) and cornerback CB Decamerion Richardson (hamstring) — and listed backup guard Jackson Powers-Johnson as questionable due to an illness.

Below is the final injury report for Week 2:

BALTIMORE
OUT: CB Nate Wiggins (neck)
DOUBTFUL: OLB Adisa Isaac (hamstring)
QUESTIONABLE: OLB Kyle Van Noy (eye)

LAS VEGAS
OUT: CB Decamerion Richardson (hamstring), DE Tyree Wilson (knee)
QUESTIONABLE: G Jackson Powers-Johnson (illness)
