From “Dare to Prepare” to “The Power of Nice” and throughout his legendary career in sports representation and civic activism and education, our Baltimore Positive guest Ron Shapiro needs no introduction to our local audience.

Many sports fans know Shapiro through his work representing Cal Ripken and many other local athletes and media celebrities but his work in education and teaching leadership and the wisdom of relationships is where his impact has been felt all over the world.

This is the third and final installment with Shapiro. You knew that Nestor and Don were going to eventually get to Peter G. Angelos, the Baltimore Orioles and the future of the baseball franchise.

Nestor and Ron decided to disagree without being disagreeable.

Hope you catch our lengthy chats with Reverend Al Hathaway from Union Baptist Church, who discussed the history of Baltimore and poverty with us at Jennings Cafe in Catonsville.
