When COVID forced us to switch The Maryland Crab Cake Tour presented by The Maryland Lottery to a new location, our friends at Mother’s in Federal Hill fed us a quarter of a century of South Baltimore (sorta via New Orleans) awesomeness on The Purple Patio.
Mardi Gras during pandemic came and went but at least the cuisine of the Cajun soul was fed. Todd Schuler spent some formative years on the Bayou but can’t get Nestor enthused about that nasty King Cake…
