5. Lenny Moore scoring a touchdown in 18 consecutive games (1963-65)

This is an NFL record often overlooked by casual fans before realizing it stood alone for 40 years until San Diego Chargers running back LaDainian Tomlinson tied the mark during the 2005 season.

“Spats” missed five games due to injury in 1963, but the interruption in the streak does nothing to diminish how impressive it was as he scored 19 rushing touchdowns and four receiving scores during an incredible run over parts of three seasons. Fourteen games of the streak came during the 1964 season when Moore rushed for 584 yards and 16 touchdowns and accumulated 472 receiving yards and three touchdown catches and added another touchdown on a fumble recovery.
