I was an Orioles, so we had orange socks, but the guys that played on the A’s had the green socks, the guys that played on the Indians at the Red Sox, the guys on the Red Sox had Red Sox, the White Sox have White Sox, the Yankees, Barry Stitz, Richie Path, anyway? I’m here to here to have some fun, so again, South Baltimore Little League been around since 1957 We’re so excited this weekend, our 810 what I also call the 10 U team, because it’s mostly really good nine year old and 10 year old kids that are playing. We are hosting the Maryland State Tournament this weekend, so what the way that this works is, if you are part of the Little League baseball system throughout the state of Maryland, there’s certain rules and hoops that you have to jump through, that there is a tournament, there’s there will be a district tournament out of the seven eight or nine districts that there are in the state of Maryland, if you win your district, then you move on to the states, so South Baltimore is going to host this tournament, whether or not, for our age group, whether my son William and his team took care of business down in Greenbelt last week or not. So we took care of business in Greenbelt, we mercy ruled Annapolis twice, beat Greenbelt on their home field, like I said, so took care of business there. Great job by the boys and our coaching staff, led by Coach Kristen Hubbard. And now we are hosts. We are the hosts for the tournament, the 10 u or a 10 tournament that’s starting this Saturday, july 11. The games will be all day because we are the host team. Number two is the millennial market, they’re the second biggest market behind the boomers, so you got these 25 to 40 year olds even living in their parents’ basement, you know, doing, you know, whatever, there’s a big groundswell for that number three. This is a big one. 70% of the people that owe that have a mortgage have a mortgage of 5% or less. 50% of the people that have a mortgage have a rate of 4% or less. They don’t want to give up those amazing rates on their, on their loans. Exactly right. Yeah, so they’re sitting there, so they’re sitting on the sidelines. We had, we had rates in the low of the fours and threes for like almost a decade. Nobody wants to

But from 2007 to 2021 the buyer demand dipped or started to go in the tank. So let me ask you this: if the buyer demand is going in the tank. What are home builders also doing? They’re building less homes. Okay, they’re seeing the numbers months, months after that. So, from oh 708-910-1112, down, down, down, Bruce Springsteen, I’m going down, going down bottoms out, and say roughly 2012 or 13, we start to see a tick up. Okay, again, so I feel like Bruce Lee here, but there’s a 50 year average of homes that have been built over the years. We have been in a deficit picture, like an upside-down triangle of all these properties. That’s so, that’s the fourth reason that we have fewer homes on the market. We’ve slowly seen this to tick up Baltimore City’s average inventory roughly about maybe around three months, Baltimore County’s still ticking around like one, one and a half months of inventory. So I implore you, if you’re going to interview a realtor, put them on the spot, ask them that question. If they’re a deer in the headlights, move on, because that’s about as basic as it gets for wire in their market. Was that helpful? Did that, was that some good information?
