A sinfully delicious concoction stuffed with blueberries and a touch of sweetness to go along with the dense party of bakery biscuit artistry. It’s right on York Road in Timonium. Don’t skip the donuts or fried chicken sandwiches but this morning treat is a winner.

Nestor Aparicio enthusiastically endorses the “Rise Glazed Blueberry Biscuit,” highlighting its appeal since 2012. He describes the biscuit as having a slightly glazed, chunky blueberry filling that bursts in your mouth, paired with a lemony, light biscuit flavor. Aparicio prefers to reheat the biscuit to enjoy its crisp crust and notes that the biscuit is not overly sweet, making it a perfect companion to coffee. He thanks Curio Wellness for enabling his road trips to enjoy this biscuit, which he sometimes mistakenly calls a muffin.

Since 2012 the best dang southern biscuits and righteous chicken, I go for the blueberry. Now, I’ll be honest with you, I always get two of these things, this right here, slightly glazed. Those are real chunky, legit burst in your mouth. Type of blueberries there. And it’s just got this nice lemony light biscuit flavor that I love, and I love it with coffee. And I’m going to make some right now and have it.

Nestor Aparicio  01:18

I’m always the guy that wants to, like, reheat anything that’s going to taste a whole lot better when you heat it. But I just want to show you that delicious crust on there, slightly lightly sweet, and the biscuits not really sweet, really at all. And the blueberries are just perfect, and it goes nice with delicious cup of coffee. Here, my thanks to my friends a curio wellness for getting us out on the road to do this. This is the rise biscuit. It’s the blueberry biscuit. I keep calling it a muffin. It’s a biscuit, and it’s delicious.
