You see how much I love East Baltimore, Rosedale. We’re right here, golden ring. This place here, I’ve been coming here for 10 years. I get the trace late Chase cake, but you can get the pombazo. You can get the chicken tinga nachos. Everything in this place is great today, however, it’s going to be the Tres Leches cake. My favorite. It’s Day 23 we’re in Rosedale at Fiesta Mexicana Frederico and Maria do a great job here from Mexico City. Delicious. Get in this joint.

That’s a tres leches cake. That’s what I’m getting into they have all sorts of interesting creations

Nestor Aparicio  00:43

here, including a two tone flan. I love the regular flan, but they do like a flan with chocolate, fantastic. So while most of you think of me as a high energy guy, the truth is I’m an early riser. I am up usually by 3am most days. It’s 430 right now, and this is where I get my dessert Mojo going. This is the Translate Chase cake. It is refrigerated chili. To get that cream right, you want to let it sit out a little bit. I’m not going to let the whole cake. Sit down. I’m going to slice it into about a third. I’m a that’s about three days worth of mornings for me, because I get up so early because I do coffee. I need fulfilling delicious, small desserts early in the morning to get me going. And this is one of them, Tres Leches cake from Fiesta Mexicana. Looking forward to eating this this morning with coffee. It’s day 23

Nestor Aparicio  01:56

so there’ll be a little theme here, that coffee is always involved with my morning desserts, and I always have like, a little bit of something early in the morning, at 525, this morning, it’s going to be this deliciousness of trace late Chase cake. It’s creamy, it’s cakey, it’s whipped, creamy. And you might be getting a theme here that as much as I’m chocolatey, sometimes I really do like vanilla. I also love this cup has Colt lanes on it. I don’t Captain Harvey’s and, uh, you’re a young old timer from Dundalk, if you remember that you.
