Let’s bring it down to the nitty gritty here the final spots. And I’m at Koopers north. Could have easily gone to Slainte downtown or Kooper’s downtown and Fells Point and ordered just one of the all time, great things ever, the gumbo. It’s just outrageously delicious. I’m about to get this. Mean, this is the cup. This isn’t even the bowl. The bowl is, like, bigger than my end. But I’m gonna have a hard time getting through this. I get double rice here at Kooper’s, and I’ve talked about this a lot. It’s Louisiana, legit, like, it’s like, gosh, yet he’s been in here for this thing. It’s just loaded with deliciousness. And here’s the thing about gumbo, got a lot of really crappy gumbo. And I don’t know if there’s a second choice in this town or any other this is legit Louisiana gumbo. So it’s high up on the list because I don’t, I can’t really tell you I know anything even like it. Enjoy. Get the gumbo. Come to Koopers north. Go to Koopers downtown. Go to cilantro. Go to the new Koopers and have it a grace when they get it open and get the gumbo. Thank you. So it goes without saying that when you’re having gumbo that’s this delicious, needed to have a beer this cold. But Nothing goes better with this gumbo than a little snout. I would just say it’s it’s sweet, but spicy and savory and sausagey and seafoody. I get the double rice because it’s spicy. It has a little kick, not a lot of kick, but a little kick. And I’m a wimp, it’s the best gumbo on Earth. Koopers. Slainte. Get the gumbo. I’m gonna find a couple things this week that are better than this, not by much, when we’re getting down to the nitty gritty here. These are my favorite things. You.
