But it’s time to share his favorite personal pairing – the meatball and ricotta marinara appetizer sliced and assembled across bubbling, toasty garlic cheese bread and served open faced. (This isn’t a real menu item. But if it was they’d call it “The SloppyNes” because this ain’t your father’s Sloppy Joe and it’s certainly no ordinary “meatball sub.”) Get a fork and a bib!
