Over a quarter of a century it’s never been ignored but back in 2011 at the Indianapolis Super Bowl, Nestor finally put down the sword and the horseshoe for his mental health writing a letter to the citizens of Indiana that got nearly a million views during Radio Row week. But it didn’t come without raising a whole lotta hell for a quarter of a century.

The sixteenth day of the Maryland Crab Cake Tour presented by The Maryland Lottery, Goodwill, Window Nation and the Restaurant Association of Maryland featured a beautiful morning drive across the Bay Bridge to spend the day in Salisbury. Mayor Jake Day & Delegate Carl Anderton were great hosts at Mogan Oyster House and a pair of after dark beers at Evolution and Burnish. Plus, the Secretary of Kindness Grace Foxwell Murdock, one of our favorite guests.

On Day 4 of the 1st Maryland Crab Cake Tour in August 2021, Nestor awakened in Ocean City and moved west to Salisbury for an afternoon of civic discussion about the town everyone passes on the way to the beach. Mayor Jake Day and a whole contingent at Fratelli’s were very kind to us. So kind that the Secretary of Kindness came by for a chat, too.
