Finding furever kitty love with Chesapeake Feline Association in Cecil County

So when Nestor was doing the Maryland Crab Cake Tour at Hollywood Casino in Perryville, he reached to his Cecil County friends to discuss their mutual goal of rescuing beautiful cats and educating folks about feral colonies.
