W n s t Towson, Baltimore and Baltimore positive we are positively one step closer to the holidays, maybe one step closer to playoff football and certainly one step closer to my 31st anniversary which is Tuesday this week. Weโre waiting to Thursday to celebrate weโre gonna be at Costas and Dundalk Talk brought to you by the Maryland lottery. I got two different kinds of scratch offs. I got to Raymond scratch also got some what are these the holiday cash Trump Ross just gave this to me Friday. I havenโt given these out. We were fadeless on Friday with Dan Rodricks. Had a great great day my old editor from the sun David Atlin came by as well as Rosalyn from the lottery and Damian was shipping crab cakes all over the world from all of our sponsors. Weโll be talking more about that at Costas on Thursday as well, which has shocked the legend. Dundalk Rock and Roll Hall of Famer from the Go Goโs a lot of rock stars coming by on on Thursday, including the staff that made the hammer Jacks documentary so weโll be rocking and rolling and whatnot like they said in Greece and I certainly was rocking and rolling up to Pittsburgh, where I attended a Ravens game for the first time this year I attended as a media member and I sat in the press box and I went in the locker room and I did my job and it felt good. Letter Raskin does his job handling money including my money, thoughts, the American dream you can find him at Rascon global.com. He is our insider for all things finance and money and certainly youโve been to Pittsburgh a handful of times and Iโm guessing youโve driven down that hill happy and youโve driven down that hill sad as I have done over 26 years now. I think 29 trips to Pittsburgh to see the rain wow Iโve made in my life there. It doesnโt matter how you win when youโre in breeze one and Ravens fans are seeing you in the bathroom and high fiving you like I was last night then itโs you know it was a successful endeavor. Later How was your weekend you enjoy the weekend.
Leonard Raskin 01:54
My weekend was pretty fantastic. My Week was pretty fantastic. The wife and I decided we needed a little vacay getaway So enough of the cold we jetted down to Antigua and did a little five day jaunt to Antigua and
Nestor Aparicio 02:13
is in a Jimmy Buffett song so I know itโs a good place Iโve never been here
Leonard Raskin 02:17
but it was it was lovely service was fantastic food was good drink was good. Sun was bright. You can see here we got a spot of burn we had we had much sunburn and and itโs already
Nestor Aparicio 02:30
good for you Leonard and cancer.
Leonard Raskin 02:34
No this is this is just the results of peeling. So yeah, I got I got the the 30 on a little too late fell asleep for a couple hours before I got the 30 on the face and it burned up. So good news is itโs peeled itโs almost already gone.
Nestor Aparicio 02:49
Youโre gonna be more responsible my money than you are with your face.
Leonard Raskin 02:54
There you go. There you go. But so so flew home Sunday on the big American jet. And the beauty was and I hadnโt didnโt know this but the American jet I was able to watch Sunday NFL ticket. And there were the Ravens. On the Steelers on the broadcast. I got to watch the whole game on the way back through Miami. And it was it was lovely.
Nestor Aparicio 03:18
Well thatโs serendipity when you win when you get the game on the way to lose your lair.
Leonard Raskin 03:23
Should not shouldnโt have even watched but But How about how about having three quarterbacks on Sunday playing for the Ravens you got Tyler Huntley. Then we had brown right Brown. And then we had Trubisky, all three of them playing for the Ravens. It was wonderful to have three quarterbacks.
Nestor Aparicio 03:42
Heโs unbelievable. All I could think about was how frustrating it is to see a guy who has an arm who has come so good, good round, like all of that. But in the end, he will he will break your heart. I mean, because I donโt want you to play and Iโm like, well, theyโre in trouble now. I mean, real quarterback against the third stringer. Heโs rolling the ball around already through the first pick, you know, I mean, our
Leonard Raskin 04:08
race plan was a great catch. Great.
Nestor Aparicio 04:10
And then the patch for Queen was that was a pic that shouldnโt have been a pic. I mean, that was just athletic play. And then thereโs just throwing the ball up for grabs, as Luke said, a pump with your arm.
Leonard Raskin 04:20
Thatโs exactly right. Thatโs exactly right. He just punted it down to the one yard line. So whatโs whatโs so bad about that except you should have scored and, and unlike you being in the press box, I was watching on the television broadcast. And itโs really funny these donโt remember who had the game but they were saying Pittsburghโs driving, and they should score before the half. They get the ball coming out of the half. And the next time the Ravens offense takes the field are likely to be behind. Next play interception and then they come out at half interception. How beautiful how eautiful is Mitch Trubisky to help the Ravens like Well, fantastic
Nestor Aparicio 05:03
in writing in the postgame as I wrote in my column this and you can go read that at Baltimore positive.com as well. There are no style points in Pittsburgh. I mean, I have seen by wire and kick the snot out of them and fumble a ball late in the game and lose. Iโve seen us drop touchdown passes in the endzone and lose. Iโve seen us misfield goals there and lose. You know, I
Leonard Raskin 05:25
Itโs Christmas. The Christmas miserable and miracle at that couldnโt tackle a guy at the one yard line. Lose the amazing
Nestor Aparicio 05:33
why was that that one to that all of them which I get haziest. So they all come with this five hour drive home of even if Iโm on a bus with fans that weโre all like fabulous are miserable. What happened? And as I went down to the locker room on a press pass that Mike Tomlin gave me wondering whether they were going to try to throw me out of the locker room right, which which would have been against league rules, maybe against the law. Weโre working on that. Then I went and did my job, but the notion that they won, I mean, Leonard, Iโve been in that locker room that stadium was built. We played the first couple years if you remember in Three Rivers Stadium, right, thatโs contrary caught that ball that this year, that was in Three Rivers, then we moved to Heinz Field, and everything sort of changed there. But I remember this vividly the very first time I was in that locker room was well a second time because we played a regular season game there too. In oh one. It was Tony Stark. gooses last game ever. The last game you ever played in the NFL, we lost a playoff game with Elvis grbac in Pittsburgh. And that locker room to me is that visiting locker room? Iโve been at ever every year of my life since I was in my 20s Yep. Right. So like Iโve been every year I go up there Iโve been in there on Christmas Eve Iโve been in there a Christmas night Iโve Iโve been in there and playoff games. Iโve been in there after a playoff win. Weโve only been one of those. You know, Iโve been there when the AFC Championship. We got crushed, you know. So Iโve been in that room a lot and Iโll be honest with you. I donโt remember it ever being a happy place even after NAFTA a victory even a playoff victory. Itโs like, we gotta go play next week. Then we lose in New England. You know, we that was the crazy game rubella check was confusing the officials back in 14 and whatnot. That was a Flacco win. Yep. lacco played his college ball in that stadium at one point. And Sara Gusa played in Pittsburgh. So thereโs all of this. You always go back to Pittsburgh every year we have to go there. Every year. We see the towels every this year new name at Crusher, whatever. Itโs something crazy something. They took the ketchup and mustard bottles and put them away right when I was in that locker room. And the only locker room Iโve been in in three years. So like once the Ravens once the plague came chat steel, Kevin berm went away checks deals playing God and like I havenโt been in a locker room for three years. So I go into that locker room and the minute I walked in there, and I left a little early, I saw Harbaughโs press conference. I was watching ro Quan Smith and I left I went in to get other sound talk to other players. So I went Iโm talking to Ronnie Stanley, Marlon Humphrey, Kyle Hamilton. Tyler Linden, Bob Linder. Bama looks like heโs 12 years old. Letโs say heโs never shaved. So Iโm in this locker room. And all Iโm seeing is the ghost of Sarah Gusa in the corner. With his career ending. I know what locker Joe Flacco was at for 12 years or whatever. And Iโm in there and Iโm seeing all this new kit. First off, I donโt know any of these guys. Right? Justin Tucker? John horrible. Andy talker. The Dr. Leanne curl. I know the doctors. I know some faces. Hilarious. Campbell. I went up and introduced myself. He said, I know you man. I did your show with the Super Bowl back when I was in Arizona. Do you remember me for 10 years ago so right? Okay, Columbus is giant in their Leonard they were banging. Were to Rican music. They were playing this Soca song. And everybody in the locker room naked on naked towels shoulder pads. All dancing this crazy Puerto Rican thing. hardball came in and started doing this crazy dance and Iโm standing in a locker room and Iโm like Iโve never seen that locker room look Iโve never seen that room have energy
Leonard Raskin 09:26
or size out some demons the young young bucks enter entered exercising some demons up there.
Nestor Aparicio 09:33
Weโll just talker gave them the daddy speech before. told them he said youโre not really a raven until until you beat the Steelers and win in Pittsburgh. Thatโs guys like Patrick queen that have been there who Iโve never met before. Yesterday. I donโt even really need him I just podium Yeah. But um, that he these guys have this association with Pittsburgh. that quite frankly Who said that whole era, those ravens they never won in Pittsburgh. 9697 98 Nine, Rob Burnett, I remember Rob Burnett had lost like I swear, eight or nine times in a row in Pittsburgh. And I remember being in the locker room him after the Kadri game, and he said, You have no idea how many times Iโve been in here losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers as a Cleveland Brown and then a raven. So beating the Steelers feels the same way for these kids as it probably does for you and I 30 years and
Leonard Raskin 10:30
absolutely, Iโll tell you, Iโll tell you a funny story. My a couple of Pittsburgh experiences. This goes back aways youโll remember. Martin OโMalley was I think governor at the time. So I think Martin was the governor. We were up there playing in the playoffs. And ex business partner and I were invited to come up to Pittsburgh by a friend colleague who said come on up. Letโs go to the game. Itโs play off sheโll have a ball winner, loser. Itโll be fun. Come on. Letโs go. So get on US Air fly up to Pittsburgh, he picks us up at the airport. We drive to a bar. Now Iโm all purpled up camo Ray Lewis jersey, winter coat purple spray my hair purple. And and we get up there and he takes us to this massive Steelers bar where every bar there is a steel but I mean I mean massive and and like this is this is like the Fells Point of whatever it was insane. You must have been in Gone seats down on the strip could have been all I know is we got on a school bus to ride over to the stadium. So so we get to the stadium and they make my my partner and I my business partner and I jump out the back of the school bus like itโs a fire drill. They wonโt let us go out the front door. So we jump off the bus. Weโre walking into the stadium people are throwing full beers like closed beers trying to hit us in the head.
Nestor Aparicio 11:58
Itโs barely like that anymore. Well, thatโs good. So thatโs really nice. You gotta
Leonard Raskin 12:03
hear this. So we walk up now remember, this is this is pre 911. This is going back aways. So that that was the goose game that was Yeah, so there must have been must have been so so we go to this game and and weโre walking into the stadium, and people are throwing stuff at us. Iโm like, dude, really bad way to waste a beer. What do you wasted a beer on me try to hit me for you know, just drink your beer. Anyway, we get to the get to the front of the line. And I say to the guy. So So whereโs my ticket? This goes back. I think the statute of limitations is over. And he goes, we donโt have any tickets. Like we donโt have tickets. He goes, dude, I havenโt paid for a ticket for a Pittsburgh sporting event in 30 years. This guy is in his 50s Iโm like what? He goes. Steelers. Pirates. Penguins. Nothing. Okay, so weโre walking around the stadium. We get to this one area where you walk in for obviously pre-electronic tickets way back paper tickets. He walks up to this guy. Gus. Gus, I got six. Gus says come on in. We walk right in. Iโm thinking Iโm going to I think Iโm going to Pittsburgh jail in a Ray Lewis jersey. We walk right in Gus, let six of us.
Nestor Aparicio 13:24
I considered the Pittsburgh jail on Sunday. If they donโt let me in the locker room after driving, work immediate past I might be going to jail. There you go. So we get it. You might have want the key and looks like Donโt joke with me about that. Iโm like, Dude, if they told me I canโt do my job, Iโm gonna be trouble. Could be trouble. I told Tom when I text Tom on Saturday when I said if you see me in your press conference, it means I got thrown out of their press conference. Yeah. And because Iโve never attended a this is true. Iโve never attended a mike Tomlin or any visiting coach. Right, right. In 3027 years of covering football. I have never gone in the visiting I to this day, and this is a Godโs honest truth. I have never met Bill Cowher. Talk to Bill Cowher. Been in a room with Bill Cowher. I donโt know Bill Cowher at all. And Mike Tomlin and I are like famously friends for too. Damn. Right. I donโt ever do the visiting Prescottโs. So I went into the Ravens press conference, because I asked to do so. Right. Mike Tomlin is the only reason I was at the game Sunday, Mike Tomlin said, dutiful. Weโre not going to block it. Youโre gonna get into our stadium. He likes me 10 days coming to Pittsburgh, and youโre coming to the game and youโre doing your job. Because we donโt the Pittsburgh Steelers donโt arenโt like that. Weโre better than that. Right? And actually talk to a bunch of the Steelers reporters. And a couple of them said to me, and this is a guy thatโs been 20 years covering the team. He said to me, I have never in my life written anything that anybody in the Pittsburgh Steelers was ever came to me and told me you canโt write that or you canโt say that or you canโt do they said in 20 years, no one is ever ever from the organization. Even when I write things I donโt like write never come to me and said retract that rescind that change that. Ever. So it is an interesting mindset as to the seriousness of that. But I went into the to the press conference, and hereโs hardball, who is if not solely responsible, completely responsible for me not being in there. And heโs disingenuous. He said to me, what I just see you welcome. And I just laughed in his face. Iโm like, right, welcome.
Leonard Raskin 15:42
How about you? Well, Iโm
Nestor Aparicio 15:43
here because the other coach has more integrity than anybody in your organization. Right?
Leonard Raskin 15:48
Weโre home. You you, you fool. Yeah,
Nestor Aparicio 15:51
I mean, so nonetheless, I did my job. Hereโs the interesting part. And this is a little This has nothing to do with money, or football. This is sort of the human dynamic of tribalism. Right? Yep. Yep. I passed. I got there. 1030 in the morning, right. I walked past 15 to 20. Ravens, employees. People maybe Sue, right? Sure. They know me. They know my wife. Yeah. Everything about me. They have been friendly to me every moment of my life my whole life. Yep. Howโs your wife? Good to see you. How you doing? I read your column. I listened to something you say you were right about this. Youโre wrong about that. Whatever. None of them would even I swear to God, Iโm gonna write about this this week in my column. Leonard, they wouldnโt look at me. Itโs crazy. Not Not only would they not say hello to me. None of them. looked at me. The only Raven employee that looked at me was John Harbaugh.
Leonard Raskin 17:02
Because he was shot. He had to walk.
Nestor Aparicio 17:05
He opened the door and saw me sitting in the front seat. And he kind of right back. He said, Welcome to me. Yeah. And then he began his prayer. And I said, yeah, yeah. Welcome.
Leonard Raskin 17:18
Question. Did you get a question?
Nestor Aparicio 17:20
I didnโt have anything. I mean, people are gonna ask me that. And Iโm like, there were six or seven questions. I mean, the biggest question after the game, the biggest football question. Quarterback. Correct. And more than that, the short week because weโve when we play Saturday, yes, there was a there is a tremendous question as to whether Tyler Huntley can possibly play Saturday because of protocol. So they may be playing with a third string or a gimpy Lamar. I donโt think theyโre gonna put a gimpy tomorrow. That would be crazy. The biggest question in the postgame wasnโt anything about horrible laying love to the players. And this is the greatest drive in the history and and keep in mind when hardball does a press conference and players are in the room? Itโs a patronization. Itโs completely about oh, these guys here they watch this for right. So if you do a press conference, where itโs just John in the media, John will talk in third person about things. Minute row, Quan Smith, and Anthony Brown. And Calais is Campbell and Patrick queen was a queen. I think whoever it was they were all sitting in a press room waiting for their turn. At that point. You get nothing out of John other than oh, these guys, these guys. I love these guys, these guys. These guys. You donโt really get questions in and Johnโs in a hurry to get off the podium because the planes are lined up. Thereโs three guys sitting here sweating. So I didnโt ask I asked questions in the locker room. So, you know, I talked to Mark Andrews I talked to Tyler Lindenbaum I talked to is Marlon Humphrey. So thereโs a picture of me and Ronnie Stanley going at it.
Leonard Raskin 19:01
Hey, Dobbins a little o h action. Extra guy. Good guy. Buckeye. Yeah, he just came out of a buckeye. So he looked good. I was I was troubled. They didnโt give me the ball more but I guess theyโre still nursing him back but my goodness he had Gus. He and Gus want to look like a good set of running backs. And itโs the itโs the one thing that gives me hope regardless of who the quarterback is right now, that going into Cleveland. Heโs healthy. Gus is healthy. Andrews is healthy Ronnie Stanleyโs healthy, that that even brown can hand off and they can run the ball 200 yards.
Nestor Aparicio 19:40
I mean, thereโs such a better team with Ronnie Stanley playing
Leonard Raskin 19:44
Stanley and and I dare say Dobbins I mean, he knows he knows the line. He knows what to do. Even though he didnโt play a year he got to watch. He knows the team. Heโs not a bring in from outside guy who can hopefully find the hole Heโs the guy that knows when they call play X. I think where the whole supposed to be.
Nestor Aparicio 20:04
Well, he hit the whole run in and then oh, and he talked about that afterwards like, Yeah. He looked almost limping when he got into
Leonard Raskin 20:13
real Yeah, and yet, and yet 40 yards later, you know what? Itโs all good. And then, and then he looked good in the power in the fourth quarter when they needed the power he and Gus werenโt gonna let them lose that game and they just ran the ball. They ran over Pittsburgh now I can tell you in my years as you I donโt think I remember and you know better than me because you know, the stats, man, you memorize these things. I donโt know how you keep all this in your head. But I donโt remember them running 200 yards over Pittsburghโs line like that. And just moving people off the ball. They were they played with will on Sunday. They they played hard and there and the running game had to be there because letโs face it, the pass game was not going to be there.
Nestor Aparicio 20:55
And yeah, 99 yard drive after renegade with a third string quarterback that had never been on the field in the league running in Pittsburgh. You canโt do anything with Tip your I didnโt have any tough questions for John Harbaugh after they werenโt literally there was it wasnโt
Leonard Raskin 21:10
doing that at home with a big crowd cheering crowd they were doing that in Pittsburgh, as you said, Where were we donโt win much. I mean, the result that like I said, that game that we that I went to, we walked right into the club level. And I got I had seats for the playoff game. Youโll like this. I sat next to Mike Tom, Zachโs wife. She was in her full length fur coat. It was the player section 50 yard line club seats. Thatโs where I watched the game. Watch this lose. It was tragic. They were all nice to me. And then weโre back to the Steelers bar after the game. And the guy who does the radio up there, the radio announcer ultimately showed up at the bar. We had a nice chat with him had dinner together, and then flew home. And that was not a happy day. And I was up there for the last playoff game. I guess it was when we beat him a couple years back. 14. Yep, maybe yeah. And that was pretty outstanding. I was up there with the wife and the boy for that game. And right in the middle of a Steeler section of fans, of course, that were just crazy screaming. I mean, guys that were like 610 and 611 and six, nine in front of us screaming and going crazy. And then somewhere in the third, late third, early fourth quarter. I guess they got up and left. And of course, the boy was a youngster. And heโs heโs screaming at these guys that are 610 too much purple for you. And Iโm saying Dude, shut up. Your father does not want to get pummeled by three 610 Angry drunk Pittsburgh, Felicia and had purple hair
Nestor Aparicio 22:49
that day, right that was purple hair didnโt have purple hair. That purple hair on more than one occasion and loves to tell his old tales. Sneaking into the Super Bowl down in Tampa back in the day as well. He handles money handles the American dream. You can follow him at Rascon global our end of the year here money wise. Yes. Iโm always asking you this because and this is a great example. And Iโll give you this. Letโs pretend that you handle my money in the real world. Weโre not on the radio right now. I literally heard your voice last week on on the show about end of year and whether moneyโs gonna go in 22 or 23. Literally, I had a big client here. I donโt want to say which one is your one of my newer, bigger clients paying an annual. They wrote a big check. paying every month paid with a big thing with zeros at the end. Yeah, because they canโt deduct it. Literally. Iโm thinking to myself, do I want to sit on that check for another 9021 days put that in January 1. Thatโs right. And so at least you have me thinking that way. Now of course on my side itโs probably good idea to put in the bank this year and get everything right thereโll be more money next year and all that Iโm not in steep Ashantiโs, Iโll be Oh, Iโm not hanging out with him in the Bahamas. Weโre gonna have to worry. But but there is a point here this year where decisions are if you make them on December 12 Youโre not up against the clock on December 30. The 31st Oh my god, I should get my IRA or I should get what I need to get done. Give me a little brush my teeth here for me for the call. Yeah.
Leonard Raskin 24:20
Well, thatโs thatโs a great point. What you what you just mentioned, you know, businesses that have high income and want to find deductions for year end. By law. The law says that you are able to pay the or your future year up to 13 months so you can pay a future year of your rent. You can pay a future year of whatever expense you have coming up and 23 you are legally allowed to pay that in 22 and deducted in 22 as a business expense. So a lot of companies looking to get stuff written off year end and reduce their taxable income. Want to pay bills in advance. And if youโre in that position, you want to get consult with your accountant make sure it makes sense. You also want to consult with your vendor, you know with you. The idea is you donโt want to surprise your your IT company that youโre going to pay them 13 months ahead, you donโt want to surprise your landlord and say, hereโs the check for next yearโs rent, because they may be in a position where theyโre trying to decide to defer income into 23. So they donโt want to check. So you got to have that conversation in the best. The best way to do that for both parties. If one doesnโt want the check, and one wants to write the check. As cash basis taxpayers, of course is the the writer of the check would write that check around the 28th Ninth 30th, they drop it in the mail with a postmark, the ductable the receiver of the check would not get that check because of the USPS and the holidays, until January the second open that check deposited in the bank January 2, therefore, taxable in 2023, donโt have to pay tax on it until April of 2024. So the idea is to consult with whoever youโre going to pay, and make sure theyโre aware, ready and know whatโs coming. So that itโs not a surprise, you donโt want to get a surprise, check with zeros on the middle of December and have to figure out how to hold that check. Itโs just not a good thing. Bad stuff can happen. So so the perfect scenario is right to check late, get it late deposit at January. So on now, I will say this, and this is a mindset thing, not a tax thing. Personally, this is a Raskin global mindset play. We advise clients wherever possible, take the income, there is never anything bad. With cashing a check that pays you more money. So take the income. And I believe that it is a an abundance mentality, to be willing to say Iโm gonna take that check, Iโm gonna deposit that check, Iโm gonna pay those taxes. Because next year, Iโm gonna be even bigger, right? And I want more is coming. And since more is coming in my mentality is of abundance. Iโll pay the taxes this year on this year. And Iโll worry about next year next year. And if it doesnโt happen, okay, so this year, we blew it, but Iโm not going to play that game. I donโt want to play scarcity, like I got a hold that check. So next yearโs books look good. Now if thereโs some strategic reason for not taking that check, then yeah, Iโll push it off. I want to read characterize an IRA, I took money out of something, I, I want to make sure that I donโt pay too much tax, I structured my income in a certain way for 22, then I may not want to take that check. The other thing is, as year end gets closer, you know, we think and we talked about this a couple of times in the last probably 30 days, if youโre going to give money to charity, and you can itemize your deductions that you bunch your deductions because today, the standard deduction is so high that for a lot of people with either without or with low mortgages and the capital in the state and local tax deductions. charitable deductions arenโt their charitable contributions unless youโre making a significant contribution, gonna end up being itemize so you just give the money to charity and so be it. But hereโs, hereโs an interesting thought on charity for for the same concept. Charities get flooded in December, right, everybodyโs giving now for that tax thing. A lot of charities really would love to have that money in January or February, where they donโt get a lot of money. And itโd be really cool to get that money in in January or February. And, and you can make a bigger impact with the same gift to the same charity giving it to them in January or February, then you can maybe in December, so and theyโre scrambling in December, theyโre taking in gifts, theyโre doing everything. So January, February gift to a charity, where if you push income to next year, and you can itemize that opportunity to gift in 23, January, February may be more valuable to the charity and just as valuable to you just a year later. So you got to have good, good advice. You got to have good advisors, you got to have a team of professionals looking out for you in in the areas of income tax, and cash flow and you got to make sure youโre youโre making the right moves. So yeah, the most important thing is to be thinking about it. The most important thing is to have your team available and make those decisions that make the most sense for you. And this year and in the long run.
Nestor Aparicio 29:43
So we sacrifice I appreciate that. That was I think that hits home for everybody out there. I think youโve covered all the bases for anybody that would be in the market to give some money or would be in the market at this point in the year to say how much did I have this year? Is it a lot is it too much? What about next year and Iโm with you on the bundling staying. Iโm always thinking next year is going to be better than last year, you know?
Leonard Raskin 30:04
Thatโs right. Thatโs right. And thatโs how I thatโs how I live. Itโs how I run my business. Itโs how we advise our clients. We donโt want you worried about, oh, well, I want to do something now because Iโm not really sure that next year is going to be and look, we I have clients absolutely that tell me. Oh, I donโt know, man. Outlook isnโt good. The economy. If you participate in the economyโs bad, your economy is going to be bad. If we choose not to participate in recessions, you know, weโre not involved. Weโre helping people, weโre helping them with their money, and we make more money, and we help more people. And thatโs what itโs about. We help more charities, we help more causes. We do great things for people that have money and want help with their money. So scarcity will cause you to do bad things and it will cause your mindset to cause bad things to occur.
