I’m not gonna lie. This place is an institution. Also not gonna lie and say that I didn’t need a lot of pit beef in this joint. And I’m also gonna say that I haven’t not been to this place, but the original Gold Club was originally the chaps bar that was actually in the 70s, voted one of the best night spots by Playboy, but also a place we went as young people chaps to get ginger ales and Shirley Temples on Sunday nights at five o’clock and dance the Michael Jackson song. So now put to even better use as the land of chap. So Donna and Bobby always have done a great job here. I’ve grown up here. I grew up a mile and a half away. I’ve been eating chaps, pig beef my whole life. Not a shocker. This is on the list, but gives me a chance to go in and show you how I like it done. So Bobby Bobby’s on the line, and I just talked to him, and I told him was really it’s only one way we do it. I do house barbecue and then I do the horseradish sauce, previously known as the tiger sauce, but he can’t call it that anymore because of some lawsuit. Anyway, horseradish sauce, house barbecue sauce. I’m not telling you to ignore the gold or the hickory or the sweet baby rays. Don’t put them, don’t you don’t need any of that, just that, which is formerly the tiger sauce. And the house you’re all set up. I order my medium rare. There’s your barbecue that’s house, and there’s the former T, I, G, E R sauce that’s now just simply the horseradish sauce will this little of that easy
