No. 3 Skip Wise (Dunbar High 1973) – Allen Harper “Skip” Wise was a sensation as a high school basketball player at Dunbar High, which included a legendary win over DeMatha High and future star Adrian Dantley. Wise played briefly at Clemson and was sucked into the ABA and the Baltimore Claws debacle before serving prison time for drug-related crimes over parts of two decades. His name is a still a legendary one for anyone who plays basketball in Baltimore.
