Longtime Baltimore real estate leader Bill Yerman and Nestor have been close for years. Recently, they both spent time in Canada noticing how much different life is there in the modern world. Of course, there's some Springsteen tour talk here, too, to go with the Pearl Jam shows of Quebec and Ottawa on the Maryland Crab Cake Tour at The Beaumont.
