12. Kevin Millar

The former Orioles first baseman would likely be a touch higher on the list if not for his strong ties to the Boston Red Sox rubbing some fans the wrong way, but Millar is one of the biggest goofballs to play in Baltimore in recent years.

In addition to being popular for keeping teammates loose in the clubhouse, Millar humorously performed the Ray Lewis dance when the orange carpet was rolled out on Opening Day and created new interest in an old Orioles song as he helped organize a new “Orioles Magic” video that played after wins during the 2008 season.

The Orioles weren’t very good during his three years with the club, but Millar’s antics provided some entertainment to go along with plenty of bad baseball.
